The Flame-Free Confession Thread

None of the brands I’ve tried have had a strong enough scent. I like the aroma of my beard to announce my arrival.

It just makes me so…oily. I can’t use a small enough amount to not have a residue I find unpleasant.

It sounds like bad beard oil to me. Check out the Braw stuff, although it’s a Scottish company so you might not get it in America.

Wish they had an American beard embassy where I could try this stuff out. Looks fantastic tho.

There’s this store called lush in the US, maybe it’s abroad Idk, but it’s mainly for woman’s cosmetics and whatnot. However, they had( discontinued :frowning: I think) one of the best bears shampoo and condinitior combos i have ever tried. My beard so so soft and smelt so fantastic, 10/10 would buy again.

And the pic was from that episode - think this thread may be doomed.

This thread has been going a long time,… when does it officially make the jump?

Just don’t wash it for a month, that should do the trick

Well it’s doomed now that the Fonz has jumped the shark.

JK, pretty sure it’s going strong.

It was very windy here last night after I went to bed. The wind was blowing against something loose on the house or something because it was making a low droning-like noise.

My brain decided that instead of waking me up, it would be better to leave me to sleep and change that sound into a giant wasp nightmare.

Woke up in a sweat. Thanks for putting the idea in my head… appreciate it.

If they were real it probably wouldn’t be as terrifying as in a nightmare.

It would probably just sound like a nearby air conditioner starting.

@The_Mighty_Stu if you ever have a client that wants to lose weight and be strong you could always just sell them this plan:

In another two years my oldest will have a degree in exercise science and a minor in Biology and Fitness. You better believe at some point we will get into heated debates about training.

LMAO!!! The irony of that article is soooooo deep (lose fat? Super strong!!!) It also shows how delusional and full of BS some authors are.

“Lost 60 lbs of fat” for his 2013 article and then in 2017 acknowledges that he hasn’t been under 300 lbs in years (and agrees to my coaching services for 5 months until I get pissed at his lying about doing it all himself which wasn’t part of the agreement in helping him).

Im no powerlifter but I don’t know any serious lifter (and I know a hell of a lot of them) who puts any value in this guy. He was middle of the pack when he was obese and despite his excuses now blaming his weight loss, he’s still middle of the pack.

Hell at least there he mentioned Jesse Burdick

He mentions anyone who he can name drop and appear to be more important himself in the process. See how many times he talks about Louie Simmons or west side (his FB background was Louie) and Louie Hates him -lol. He paid $1K to attend a seminar or something, snapped all his Fanboy pics and returned home talking about what he learned from Louie like Louie mentored him.

When he screwed me over I had some very respected names in powerlifting contact me with their own stories. (Apparently my little tale made the rounds). It would blow your mind to hear some of them… or maybe not if you actually knew the guy by more than his articles and social media.

Haha just remember that it won’t be until he’s in his 30s that he might consider that you may have had a point

After he discovers it on his own and tries to tell you about it 12 years after you told them.
