I have concluded that Body Building fans are out of their freaking MINDS!! First they scream and bitch about guys using the sauce. Yet they are the ones whom kinda set the standards which these guys are trying to reach. IF PED’s went away and the quality of the guys at the higher level dropped these same fans would bitch about that IMO.

I agree. I think the 100m at the moment is clean or at least cleaner. The times have dropped significantly at the highest level. Not just Bolt . But there not breaking 10s regularly now. I think people will probably bitch about this too. Obviously they can’t beat the test reliably anymore. bolt is very well be clean as he is been competing with a bad back and ankle for a while.

You know, whenever I watch adult videos and it happens to be in a shower, I always notice the shower is perfect. Perfect grout points, high quality tiles, nice modern look. It’s almost better than the video itself.

Just read this article and I couldn’t help but laugh at the “Y Press”… It looks like he’s gonna break into the YMCA song or something.


Oh and on a slightly more serious note, would anyone actually do stuff like the Y Press? I don’t know if I’m being close minded but it seems to me a bunch of this exercises are just real gimmicky.

Why do people do lateral raises? I didn’t mind the article as he pretty much says throughout that they arnt the big fundamentals but they can help with stubborn shoulder development and strengthening the shoulder in underused planes of movement.

All it does is distract people from actually learning how to use the delts to do the work. Good for Planet Fitness types though. Novelty exercises to make sure at least they’re moving weight around.

I’ll put it this way. Anyone who knows how to use and target their delts with basic stuff like side raises, dumbbell presses etc will rarely have “stubborn delts”. He can do this for variety. Someone with “stubborn delts” normally doesn’t know how to use his delts optimally. Doing stuff like this would be pointless for him.
