I love this idea. I could only come up with the opposite for a bit though.
-If you wear your belt through the whole workout just so that you don’t look fat.
-If your photos all start from the traps up.
-If all of your photos look like scenes from a horror movie because it’s a pitch black room with very dim overhead lighting.
For the original idea though
-If you know what “out angling” is
-If you have ever needed to get a pump before going out
-stop doing abb/core training like a dumbass you skinny little fuckers. Positions matter, tempo matters, IDIOTS!
For some reason, my oldest Silky Terrier (Gizmo Wolf) is just obsessed with trying to lick my nostrils at night before I go to sleep. Sometimes I let him get a few licks in. I once let him go ham on the nostril and let him have a ton of sloth-like licks, but then it clogged my nostril and I couldn’t fall asleep. So if I let him get a lick, it’s only a few just to make him feel respected. Personally, I feel it’s just him trying to thank me for being such a good pack leader.
Feels good to finally let that out.

There’s a big international community on here, which is awesome. I read everyone’s post in a slightly southern US accent until I read words like “arse”, or “mate,” to which I re-read it in an overwhelmingly stereotypical accent of the poster’s country of origin.
After working out today I had a 16oz t-bone steak and a 40z beer. I probably shouldn’t have, but that Hoegaarden Original White Ale hit the spot!
So that’s why the viewed counts going up in my training log… lol
