You do the Ahrens Press when the dumbbells you are using are sooo big, you can’t bring them together in the conventional way.

It has seated DB snatches! I have not tried these but they look awesome. Has anyone done them and have any feedback or advice??
Aren’t snatches basically for building an explosive hinge? Not sure what you achieve by doing them seated?
