I got laid
FTW
i added 2 more reps to my deadlift
455x5 =)
i hit the 90’s x5 on shoulder presses too…was actually looking for more but i was tired from DLing, etc, …definately x7 next time ! ! ! ! ! !
Last week in my squat workout I did 405 x10 x10 to parallel or lower while keeping sets under 1.5 minutes rest between sets. I think its one of my best weight lifting achievement I’ve done so far.
calling e-stats on everyone
jus sayin.
hey so i’m a new member, might as well make my first post a bragging one. deadlifted 3x BW at 20 yrs old - 510 @ 170 (double overhand grip w/ wrist straps, no belt) and full squatted 410 around the same time (completely raw not even belt)

I got on Gladiators with the weakest cv out of every contender!

Did a one arm chin at a bodyweight of 207. then did a one arm chin with 10 lbs added. i was proud of the acheivement because i questioned whether i had it in me and previously trying it, i was no where near getting one.

The awesome thing about that is that only 1 out of 10,000 people have the genetic capacity to be able to do such feat. Who knows? You can be a world class mountain climber!

Imagine how I feel.
Best raw lifts so far:
575 dl
410 squat
350 bench
Damn, I read through this thread again, and I realized that I should not have put my best lifts so far up here. They are kind of pathetic. I need to eat and lift way more before I start bragging.

you did 100 squats of 405 with less than 15 total minutes rest? holy crap that’s insane.

I way a JACKED 172 (sarcasm) and am actually attempting a 600 DL with just a belt this week…should i wait till after my attempt then brag if i get it?
…If you can actually do that, you’d pretty much break the current Oregon deadlift record for LESS the bodyweight. From what I heard, the guy pulled 600 at 198 raw… Good luck you strong mofo.
Not sure what federation you’re talking about so you may be right in his case.
But this is a crazy lift for a 198lb’r from Oregon

I know that dude, I used to see him lift at my college gym. Very strong dude.

Tell that to Charles Poliquin. It’s his quote here in T-Nation.
For everyone on here feeling pathetic I don’t think that was the purpose of the forum. Pathetic is relative to what your comparing to anyway. 425x10 is a good squat for 99% of the people around. The other 1% is world class lifters. TYPE2B a 315 front squat is good for 17 year olds.
Good luck finding another teenager who trains front squats in the first place. To UpChucker kudos on working your way back up in the squat rack. It takes some bull-nuts to get back in there after a leg injury and yours was particularly brutal to watch.
Now my turn to brag. 405 bench press after 4 years of training (age 14-18) and recently hit a 475 squat after a complete ACL reconstruction in September of 2007 and a partial tear in October of 2008. The majority of 2008 I was completely unable to squat and had only a measly 365 squat when we maxed before the football season.
Thankfully my powerclean and bench press numbers were still high enough to make the 1,000 pound club. 280 powerclean. Weakest lift is a 405 deadlift, but I have only been deadlifting for about three months and wish I had started them long ago.
