Training oriented:
Yesterday I ran 3,9 km in 20 minutes pretty pleased with that, felt slow at start.

Today: I’ll hit OHP in about an hour, if @Cyrrex hasn’t been around.

Bench

  • 5 x 11 @ 52,5 kg

Supersetted Alternate each set

  • Reverse grip BB row 6 x 8 @ 60 kg

  • Russian twists 6 x 20

Giantset

  • DB lateral raise: 8 kg’s 2 x 10 1 x 11

  • Skull crushers: 3 x 11 @ 27,5 kg

  • DB one arm snatch 3 x 3 @ 10 kg

Finisher

  • SGHP 5 x 5 @ 45 kg EMOM

50 minutes + 10 minutes warm up.

OHP 8 reps maybe one more in the tank, good.

Bench BBB weights I think is spot on

Pleased with the home gym today, had a little sweat at the end.

Denmark has shut almost totally down, experts still worried that we won’t have enough medical staff when the Covid19 peaks in about a month.
I’m hopefully allowed to go to work about Wednesday this coming week. Getting a bit frustrated working from home. Calling people telling them they’re arrested and have to go to jail… nah not really but some investigation through phone calls on old cases.

Are people banned from leaving their houses yet? It looks like that’s the next step here.
You’ll probably have enough work patrolling the streets and sending people back inside.

We’re being ā€œselectiveā€ in our enforcement. No traffic stops (traffic has been sent back to patrol), Detectives aren’t working cases that don’t appear ā€œimportantā€ (and they’re trying to work from home), and we’re not arresting people for misdemeanor warrants unless they’re for DUI or domestic violence.

@Koestrizer not banned yet, as @Cyrrex says no more than 10 people can gather together.
It could be the next step, but I hope people will listen to the government.
@Frank_C It’s almost the same here, were out patrolling, guiding people a lot. Detectives work from home on important cases.

I’ll be back in the patrol car next week, looking forward to it.

Todays training:

Weather is beautiful today, a bit chill but the sun is up so did a walk and run session.

Running intervals sort of.

Walked about 4 - 5 minutes ran 1 minute, did 10 runs.
The last one was 240 m’s so about 2500 m running, pretty tired by the end.

  • 1 x 100 kg

  • 6 x 100 kg + 6 x 80 kg dropset

Deadlift

  • 5 x 5 @ 100 kg paused of floor

Supersetted Alternated in between squat and deadlift

  • pull up 3 x 7 + 3 x 6 + 6 x 1 cluster 10 sec pause

  • ring dips 6 x 7

Giant set 3 rounds

  • Bulgarian split squat: 10 kg DB’s: 3 x 9 reps

  • EZ curl: 27,5 kg x 10, 10, 12

  • hang twist leg raise: 3 x 8

55 minutes + 10 minutes warm up.

Good strong squat reps, upping TM next cycle

Pull ups and dips was fine, when I start DL my pull up really suffers.

Almost didn’t do the giant set, I was absolutely floored, did id, no fun.

Here I am more than an hour later, and I’m really tired and wasted. Took me half an hour to get ready to shower. Did I say this was a tough day.
