Lucky ducky. I am trying to resist the temptation to go out and buy a ton of shit.
Should you decide Iāve got a friend that sells that stuff, Iāll bet I could get you a bit of a discount. Trithon . dk
Just now checking in for the first time in 2 weeks. Nice set buddy
Thanks Rat, lots of logs to follow.
Nice to see some barbell work going on still with the lockdown in progress.
Woke at 78 kg - canāt keep the weight down during weekends, ah well. Iāll try to eat cleanāish and not care to much about the weight. Iāve been tracking for years now, knowing it goes up and down. I can only stay focused for a small amount of time.

Deadlift moved fine, the 117 felt heavy, but the two sets at 130 was fine RPE 8 or less, drop set was a grinder Pwn way, got to 5, and thought oh boy. But then I just kept going. Had to get on my knees for 30 seconds before attempting the chin ups.
Squats are moving damn good after deadlift, but do I stand back wheezing like and old steam engine.
Giant set just plain sucks, because Iām exhausted. This day and the squat day are really tough, set by set it donāt seem that much but it creeps up on me.
.
Donāt know if Iām happy about the home gym. No excuse for not working out.
Iām with you, pretty good problem to have though.
Nice work mate, you seem to be progressing nicely. Remember slowly slowly
Thanks Rob. Itās very slowly, might even be slower than slowly.
Iām doing the main lift week 1 10 reps w2 8 reps w3 6 reps.
Only going to increase when I get all rep ranges with ease.
Then the BBB challenge with my own alterations.
So very slow it is.
Sounds perfect and as long as you eat some food it will work.
Keep pushing, we all need to in this time. Something physical to do with all the anxiety of the unknownā¦
That could be the culprit of my missing gainzzzz, But Iām trying to eatā¦
That said today I was below 77 kg yet again.
Hey mortdk, just wanted to swing in and say Iāve been creeping your log for a while now, haha. Looks like weāre set up sort of similarly with 531- are you enjoying it?
And Iām with you on the weight gain man. Iām the opposite of you though⦠Too much fun to be had on weekends to find time to eat.
Hey my friend welcome by, yeah weāre kind of on the same.
Yeah I like Jims work, doing the amrap sets was very rewarding for me a couple of years back, when I started the log that is.
First time Iām trying to do the BBB work for a couple of cycles, I like it so far.
Iām having a lot of fun during the weekends as well, for me that includes a lot of eating.
Send me pls then
No kidding. I am already trying to work out where he lives so that I can send a team of burglars.
Is robbin da police really a good idea though
Yes. Because I know for sure he will be at work. Itās a brilliant plan!
Alright when they are police brutality-ing ur ass donāt come cryin to me lol
