leaning while maintaining, mainly…that cool with you?

Actually, leaning as much as possible before I start I,BB this upcoming Fall.

What are some basic stats? I’m just curious. Squat, Bench, DL, BB rows, Military Press, height, age, weight, years training. I like to have an idea of where people are.

My upper chest is noticeably bigger now.

bottoms bench press
215x11…+5 pounds, +1 rep. I did this like a month ago first and with leg drive and got it for 7 reps. I got 4 more reps and after three top sets with incline. Very happy with this

leanaway lateral curls
50x12…same weight weight, +4 reps. I have to use quite a bit of body english to get it up, but i feel it entirely in my shoulders

I have now consumed a total of 24 raw eggs total the last two mornings. in 12 hours, that number will jump to 36. After words is deadlift day: I expect my DL to jump from 435 to 600. WOOOOO!

Hmm maybe 455…lol.

Best time for the eggs is within 1-2 hours after training fwiw.

well, i failed at 455 three days ago, you better believe I am going to try it again today.

15 year athlete…7 based on gym training starting frosh year of hs

Bench 1RM 380-405 (depending)
DL 435
Squat 450
Push Press 245-55
Barbell Row 315 as an explosive max

(estimates, havent done this kinda heavy stuff in a good while)

only working with low moderate weights now for tension stuff and supersets

Had a DL PR today: 1x315.

Was going for 5, but I found out that I had a slipped disc a bit ago and didn’t want to aggravate it. Back feels better now, so I’ll keep at it. Hadn’t trained anything in 3 weeks and this is my first week back. I’m sure I’ll be doing 5 reps at 2xBW soon enough.

155x3 PR for Front squat. I like these much more than back. I’m dropping those entirely. Kaboom!

Also: 5’10 @ 163 lbs. Up 15 lbs since Sept.

today was really fast paced. I was doing pullups and this big dude was doing them as well and he would do his set after mine and not 30 seconds later would just slap me on the back and say “you’re up!” Super short rest periods, but hey whatever.

raw eggs have like a 56% protien absorbtion rate. it goes up to 90+% when cooked. just letting u know.
