by the way, these are the symptoms for biotin deficiency(which can be caused by consuming too many egg whites over many months/years).

Initial symptoms of biotin deficiency include:
Dry skin
Seborrheic dermatitis
Fungal infections
Rashes including red, patchy ones near the mouth (erythematous periorofacial macular rash)
Fine and brittle hair
Hair loss or total baldness (alopecia)
If left untreated, neurological symptoms can develop, including:
Mild depression, which may progress to profound lassitude and, eventually, to somnolence

Lol no offense or anything, but I find it amusing how people are SOOO concerned about consumption of 12 eggs a day, while other people are downing countless burgers, cake, ice cream, and soda every day, and nobody worries.

Anyways, I have none of those symptoms. Keep in mind A) Who did/funded this study? B) It says egg whites, I always do whole eggs. Eggs were meant to be consumed raw imo.

Whole real eggs have all the vitamins necessary, so biotin deficiency is a wash with what hungry is doing. Hell, seeing all the lifts and progress hungry’s been making makes me want to try downing whole raw eggs even though i hate the taste of them.

Anywho here is what i did today. I have some sort of frickin sinus thing going on. I don’t know if it’s related to spring pollen and all of that crap, or if i caught something from someone. Nevertheless i still got some stuff done.

These were all done without a belt, something i wish wouldâ??ve brought with me, because it probably wouldâ??ve helped a bit on the max pr attempt. 225*10 very easy and perfect form, stayed back well and exploded up.

Leg press:20020,60012,60012,60012( i kept these light and focused on going deep and making sure i exploded out of the bottom and stayed nice and tight.

Cable single leg curls:6012,8510,1308,1606(cheap pr, since iâ??ve never tried to go this heavy on these before)

just add some chocolate syrup to your raw eggs if you dont like how they teaste. thats what i did.

After that hit a 425x1 front squat, most I’ve ever front squatted. Stupid fucking lady grabbed a plate from right under one end of the bar right as I was unracking it, I had half a mind to just drop it “accidentally” haha. Oh well, I hit the lift, so no biggie.

Hit some 95lb pinwheels for 7 reps. Did some CGBP too for light sets only working up to 275. Felt good but I didn’t go heavier. Time to go scare some fucking liberal hippys at the cafeteria
