@CC: sorry to be asking so many questions, is there are general rule that short people are better for conventional or sumo (I’m 5’5")? I am not sure if I have a long torso/legs/whatever, I never understood how people could notice that, to myself I just look normal!
Taller you are more suited to Sumo you are i would think.

Just how your arms and legs are aligned !

Damn smallies !
Drunk? LOL
Some people believe cucumbers are better pickled. Shake shake just shake shake…Just shake shake…Just shake chica shake shake.

Much like that comment…mine has absolutely no relevance.

Went in to train legs but I ended up doing delts. I should probably start next week or the week after that. Ha!

I did some ships. Hit 270 again for 6. Nothing else noteworthy. I kept shrugs pretty light at 545 and called it a day with just those for traps. Tomorrow light deads and back with some bicep after thought training. I put 6 eggs in my PWO shake…I wasted 4 scoops of powder. Damn eccentric midget bastard also known as H$M (yes thats a typo but it looks cool so Im leaving it) My delts are damn sore for as little volume as I did. I’m probably going to take a nap before my next meal

Que onda Growing, solo pasando a saludar. Oye que onda tu por donde andas viviendo ahorita? no andabas en Mex o cerca? Si pasas por el DF o el Estado mandame un PM.

Alrighty, today’s workout for C_C lolz.

Squats:
135x6
225x6
315x4
405x2
475x1
525x1 (10 lb PR)

KDLs:
135x8
225x8
315x5
405x5
495x3
545x6 (lost grip maybe use straps next time)

Smith BB Press:
1ppsx8
1pps+25’sx5
2ppsx10 (+2 reps)

Rack Chins:
bwx8
110x12(DB fell off, without letting go of bar…)bwx10
110x12

Last time was 95x14, I would’ve had 2-3 more in me with the DB if not for it falling off, dammit. Oh well, good pump.

May be competing in a full PL comp next weekend. Apparently NC’s raw state record deadlift for the 198 lb weight class is 515 LOLZ, so I’m planning to crush that by at least 100 lbs, and get myself on the record books right there  So this next week will be a deload week in light of the comp!

Shoulders and traps

btn smith press
155x12…+15 pounds from last week, stopped set here, felt so light
165x12+4+3…+25 pounds from last week

upright row
95x15…+10 pounds from last week, felt too light
115x8…+30 pounds from last week

barbell front raise
85x15…+20 pounds from last week, -6 reps…Had to swing a little to get the weight out of the bottom position, but it still killed my shoulders

shrugs
425x10…+20 pounds from last week, -6 reps. Will stick with this next week
335x23…+20 pounds from last week, -3 reps

rear delt standing cable thing
30 each armx20…+5 pounds total from last week, +2 reps

These are basically like sumo SLDL’s right? Just wondering because of the talk about not going over 315 or so.

They’re actually sumo RDLs, aka you lock out, go back down, then right before plates touch the ground go back up again.

Day off today. I woke up late, I dont have a certain energy drink in stock and I’m way behind on my studies. Tomorrow is off too. Tuesday AM back for sure.

squat 160kg x2
rdl 180kg x3
leg press 315kg x5

Today’s last “intense” workout until the meet next weekend:

BB Rows:
135x10
225x10
315x6
405x16

T-Bar Rows:
4 platesx10
5 platesx8
6 platesx6
7 platesx6
8 platesx6

DE Bench:
135x6
185x8 sets of 3 reps

Drag Curls:
80x15 (just for pump)

Started doing Skullcrushers, but forearm started bugging me too much for my liking

Spider Curls:
80x10ish (once again, slow, for pump)

DB Alternating Curls:
60’sx16 each arm

So fucking excited about this meet next week, the DE bench went up really fast, prolly gonna do them every other day or so until the comp to really focus on mind-muscle connection/explosion. Starting to get really excited about this!!

Got a PR for low incline DB bench yesterday even though my shoulder’s still screwed, 5x120

How exactly are SLDL’s different than RDL’s? I think my “SLDL’s” have actually been RDL’s

45
55
65x3
75x2
85x5

Tbars
3p
4p
5p
6p

plate loaded shrug
6p
8p
10px10

wide grip pulldown
235
255

cable rear flies
30
45
40

Lateral Raises
40
50
60
Db curls
40
50
60

Didn’t count too many reps today… Mostly just feel

4 more weeks of 80+ hours and I can focus on making progress again.

I’m starting to hit my bi’s tri’s and abz on sunday and wednesday

highlight for today

185 barbell curlx5 (body language, but I do this BAMN-BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY)

I curled my ass off IN THE SQUAT RACK!!!

Today sucked kinda. My right wrist has been killing me since yesterday. The pain came right after the barbell front raises. Was supposed to do biceps but it was bothering me too much. Oh yeah, both wrists have been hurting for two years and I had to drop all types of straight bar curls.

wide reverse grip bench press in smith machine
225x8…+10 pounds, -3 reps from last week…Woo! First time repping out 2 plates on pressing! I was bringing the bar down too low on my stomach though. Felt weird

close grip lockouts
190x13…First time doing these. Did not mentally prepare myself for the set. It was actually supposed to be my last warm up set. I don;t know what I was thinking, but at this point my wrist was hurting a lot so I didn;t want to go any heavier

No biceps…didn’t wanna risk it.
