I feel like a little girl again, all perky and ready to fly away when the wind blows up my skirt…

ha ha, awesome

what do you guys do when you have the runs and can’t eat?

C_C

Yes the issues are back. The cold seems makes it somewhat worse. The CGBP when performed heavily aggrevates my issue. Everything feels fine up to a point and I play it safe. The pressdowns dont bother me at all.

The pulleys have a light stack. Im not lagging on my curls. I can move the weight but form is sacrificed for the weight. I achieve what needs to be done with the recorded weight. My bodyweight has stabilized at 118kg. So far no snapped neck from dumbbell kickbacks

I stop being a bitch, and be awesome instead.

Lol jking man. Never really had that issue.

I just slept for like 16 hours. Mah appetite still fucking sucks, although I think I passed whatever it was that I ate that gave me the issues. I’m going to walk my dog a few miles and see if that helps me get hungry.

[quote]countingbeans wrote:

Drink a lot of water, and powerade/gaterade. Give it a few days to see how you feel and then get back in the gym. This happened to me a few months back, was sick and had stuff flying out both ends.

Have you tried making a bunch of shakes in a blender?

Honestly, I find it’s best for me to just not eat for like 7-8 hours sometimes, until I’m starving…gets my appetite rollin’ again. Goes against conventional bodybulding wisdom, but I’m talking like once a week/every other week, not every day.

Yeah, pretty much the only reason I’m alive right now is liquid food.

lol

Yeah that works for sure. Now that I do the fasted morning cardio thing I am hungrier more often.

XB, yeah that is what I figured, only time can help me now.

Enough talking about shit. More training
