Well the fact I like squat 530 at 181 raw last April should tell you that my raw strength is down. Hopefully the idea is that I get close to a 600 raw box squat with that set up, and don’t really go into gear till about 8 weeks out from a meet.

monday I squatted 335x8, then today I benched a HORRIFIC 265x3 bench (was 5/5/5 day, long story short I hit like 3-4 reps below what I should have)

Any reason you only ran the program for 4 cycles. I just finished my last week of cycle 3 and the weights are only just now starting to get back to normal/heavy again.
