If it’s true about Henry dieting down to a smaller weight class, I’d definitely peg him to be winner of the smaller class, for sure.

Thank god…I was worried for a sec there.lol

How Lou packs all that muscle onto a 202 lb frame I do not know. WOW!

Im with Scott on this one. The only way I see him making it for that show is some DNP madness.

I wouldn’t have guest posed looking like that…no offense to anybody. It’s like the same when ronnie would do it when he was fat and happy in his off season. lol Sheer mass factor yes, but to me I’m not impressed at all with this.

lucky bastard
lol
I think it is always amazing to see some of the guys who have the ability to pack a lot of muscle on a small frame.

I’m sorry, I’m unfamiliar with this guy, who is he?

Another question:
My front squat is getting up there with my back squat BUT holding the weight in place is becoming HARD to do.
I used the hands crossed mode, with elbows up as far as possible, but when i start to tire the bar starts sliding down…
Anything i can do to improve it ?

I had a problem with this for a while when the weight started going up. I just switched to holding it in my fingertips. The pain is not all that bad.
How does that work ???
I seen guys doing it, seems fucking dangerous, just your fingertips holding it.
You reccomend it that way ?

Wow…I’m sure Trey and his trainers know what they are doing, but do you think he’ll be ready for that show?

Trey should skip Nationals and do the USA’s a few weeks later. He’s way behind schedule(and was A LOT worse a couple weeks ago) and reportedly has been dieting for 20+ weeks.
If he tightens up and is in good condition at nationals I will be absolutely shocked.

I’d be equally as shocked. Trey’s my favorite amatuer so I’m hoping he gets his shit together to put on a good show (at least at the usa’s). I want to see those quads looking all kinds of freeeaaky.
DNP Boogie, ya’ll.
Some guys will go into a show knowing that they will not be at their peak, but will be for another show. Maybe he is planning on coming in good enough to turn some heads at the nationals so that he will be the favorite going into the USA’s?
Sad to say but there is a lot of bullsh*t like this in bodybuilding. I wish it was honestly the best man on stage wins but unfortunately there is a lot of “other” stuff you have to do to win. Earn your right for the no.1 spot, prove to people you deserve to be there, etc.
Or just come in and shock the hell out of people like phil heath, and Dennis wolf’s massive shoulders last year. ![]()

lol I think he needs to be opting for a better fat loss technique here…lipo anyone? Maybe DNP and lipo? lol
lol just kidding…Trey would eat me if he knew what I was saying about him… :S
LOL
Gerdy
Luckily in the amateur rank it seems like it is for the MOST part the best guy on stage winning. I don’t see Trey as a favorite at either show to be honest given his back width he wasn’t able to bring up.
Watch out for my man Franco Datillo to turn some heads at Nationals though…
245 and shredded will beat 280 and watery+some fat any day.
