I got an explanation…it’s a wipe clean so as to say the intrusion never happened, so all reference to it was removed.
You think we’ll get an explanation for the other pages missing?
My guess is that we are getting exactly what we wanted. The thread has a very specific mission statement and anything contrary to it will be deleted…including rants about other non bodybuilding topics. It’s a very literal enforcement of what we wanted for the forums.

Yeah, me niether, now. I’m not really sure what’s happening, so I’m just going to sit back and watch the MOD post deletion thread.
All I know is one second a post will be here, the next I’ll be back like five posts without explanation.
MY email is mjb07e@fsu.edu for those who need to contact me, you know who your are.
Sorry this is how I must communicate.
I can not contact those that I need to contact.
Myspace.
Update—
TC has answered on the other thread
Well, its something.
Mine still are gonna take forever hmm.
Maybe things are starting to get sorted out.
Question:
If you could wake up tomorrow and be your ideal height/weight/bodyfat percentage for just one day only what would it be? Feel free to expand if you wish.
I’m 5’10 and I like that so it stays.
215lbs at 5%. I think with my frame that would look really awesome on me.
To be totally honest, I don’t like when people look “SHREDDED” or “CUT!” If I could wake up tomorrow at an ideal bodyframe, I’d keep my exact height, my exact same weight, and BF, so I still have something to wake up the next day and look forward to addressing my problems and faults.
I normally look fine when I wake up but as the day wears on I somehow get looser and saggier. Not sure why.
It is not to say I am not trying to ‘improve’, but what I have is evidence of my efforts and it is what I have earned. It may not seem like much to others but I understand the journey it represents.
I would wake up being 5’10", 250lbs, and sub 10% BF.
I would like to be 210 at 5’6".

why would you want to be a roadrunner though? youd have to become morbidly feathered and involved with all sorts of nasty coyote fetishes to be a good roadrunner. you could just be a pretty little hummingbird instead.
True. Plus, hummingbirds can fit easily into stylish medium sized shirts at The Gap.
What’s a medium? Where’s The Gap?

If I’m not mistaken, you should start out in the morning at your lowest weight for the day, no?
I’d like to be about 325 with just the hint of the top ab showing at whatever my height is right now.
I’d be 240lbs @ 6’, 10% BF.
Fuck it. I WILL BE 240lbs @ 6’, just need to keep working at it.

Maybe, not sure. I weight myself at the gym a few days a week, and that can fluctuate by four or more pounds even though my routine is the same - lift before breakfast, after pre-WO shake and evacuation (to put it technically). It might have to do with (de)hydration.
A new topic to discuss.
How often should you eat? Would four huge meals fit? When should you eat? When you’re hungry? Discuss.
Personally, I can get by with 5 huge meals (500+ calories, 50+protein) just fine. I just eat when I’m hungry, too-which ends up being every two hours.
I have a new question. Does anyone ever really experience DOMS in their bi’s after a workout? I know the goal of bodybuilding isn’t necessarily DOMS, but I love when I wake up in the morning and it hurts to move a bodypart.
As for my response, I don’t typically usually get it, unless I’ve done some sort of eccentric exercise like Poliquin’s One-Armed Barbell exercise.
Thoughts?
