Does anyone anyone have CT’s “The Black Book of Training Secrets” I already have his HTT,OVT1&2,IC,Is it worth getting if my goal is size not strength?
What about his 12 week bodybuilding programs? Any feedback?
Topkat I havent tried any of his bodybuilding programs but his strength blocks are excellent. A great book to add you to your strength training library.

I just finished his bench press program, I’m going to test maxes next week. I’ll give you an update, but this was the gain in the first four weeks:
From 225 for a single, wide grip to 225x4 with a narrow grip. In four weeks.
I’m guessing about 250-260 lbs for my new max. (Lifetime best is 270 at 270 pounds of bodyweight. I am currently 230-235 and about 16% bodyfat.)
I know your goal isn’t strength, but all of this stuff goes together. A girl who hasn’t seen me in about eight weeks couldn’t stop rubbing my upper body tonight–arms, chest, back.
So there you go.

It’s a great book that will probably help you no matter what your goals are.
I have it, and like it. However, a lot of the info can be found by looking online and in his forum posts.
Still, great book.
