Lol @ short naps!
Well I’m glad I’m not alone in my long gym sessions! I can’t help that I like to workout, right? right?!
Last night was DLs - I just changed up my accessory work, so some things are a bit random.

5x 125, 150, 175, 200
4x 185
I did get all 5 on the 200, however I didn’t fully lock out on rep 4 and 5, so i’m calling it a no-go and sticking with 200 until they’re beautiful reps of 5. Also on the last set I felt a weird twinge behind the knee, could have kept going to 5 but figured it wasn’t worth it, especially with the hammie debacle.
Rack pull (below the knee)
2x 185
5x 155, 165, 175 < so now I’m gonna pull lower reps/higher weight on these in my ongoing quest to strengthen the posterior chain. Thinking I was only doing 5 I shot for 185 off the bat - oh hellz no! you bitches are strong to be pulling the weight you do!
Rev lunge

15x 40 BB
15 x 55 BB < I just don’t feel these!
Switched to static lunge 12x 95BB < ok, now i feel it…
hypers (wt behind head) - 15x15, 3x15x20
Wtd decline situps - 4x10x15 < switched b/w behind head and front of chest throughout.
Finished it all off with front squat “Tabata” 45 BB. I really had to force myself to do this btw! Ugh.
In other sport related news: Yesterday i auditioned for a sport commercial (can i say the brand name? I don’t know…). They wanted female soccer players and somehow I ended up in the mix! I went to the casting agency and saw about 40 other girls waiting to see the casting director, some of whom I knew from the circuit, and two of which play on my team. We had to come to the casting dressed in our soccer gear - I wore my Messi jersey. Upon entry they took pics and wt and ht measurements, i was the shortest…and then we were called into the casting room 1 by 1 and asked to juggle and do tricks. It was hilarious! Of course none of my fancy ass moves were working for me!!
Anyways, If i get the commercial we shoot this Sunday. And then you guys will get to see my mug on primetime - schilling for imperialist child laborers…but famous no less.
This morning I did my hill sprints (7 this time) and ran 4 miles. I meeting a gf for dinner tonight, might squeeze in some upper body work prior to.
