Last night was bench - upper body is not going well for me lately. Whatever.

Bench
5x 50, 70, 90, 95
2x 105 < 1 less than last time

supersetted
Pro pullups - 3, 3, 2, 2, 2
Dive bomber pushups - 6, 10, 10, 7 < not as hard as I would have expected

N pullups - 3, 3, 2, 2, 2 < 3 less than last time
side laterals - 15x10, 3x12x12.5

DB incline (isometric) - 8x25, 3x8x30 < thought i’d try this for my flailing bench. You keep one DB up for all 8 reps while you press the other up and then switch arms. My friend Shuan recommended this to get through my plateau.

Krocs - N grip 12x45, P grip 12x40

Anywho, i’m going to switch up the bench, maybe do some high reps - see what i can do to get past this mther fcking 105.

Yes and no. I basically eat Paleo, but the only thing I do eat is carbs like basmatti rice now and then (small quantities), ezekiel bread, sweet potatoes, and oats. Only in the morning, and then usually sweet potato after lifting. It’s been very effective thus far though.

I was reading your log and saw that you are a stress eater! Me too! I read on your first page you do 2-hours at the gym? How do you do that much? Do you do your legs until they are tired then move on to something else and then back to legs or just takes that long because you do everything?

All women are stress eaters. Some just control it better than others, I believe.

Maschy spends so long at the gym because she supersets many of her exercises with flirting time.
