And now -

Just got back from a run - did my usual 6 miles over the brooklyn bridge (walked a couple of mins here and there).

But…before I went over the bridge I stopped at this spot here and did 6 hill sprints. Oh brother!! Let the dry heaves begin.

I figure its about 80 yards (about a street block) - sprint up, walk down. Definitely doing these again.

Masch: those p/ups on 2 med balls make me feel beastly without having to handle a ton of weight. Plus my chest, arms and back were toasted for a few days.

On a different not you are lookin good. Hips is were I store the junk. Never could get rid of the last bit of extra so I’ve learned to buy the large bottoms and smaller tops. That’s how I dealth with muffin top. But you rock and you’re so close.

Personally love the snatches. I’ll vid next time so you can tell me if I’ve got it going on.

So yeah, I pretty much smoked these :slight_smile: Perhaps the carb up last night helped, but definitely the no shoes really helps me drive through the heels. So i’m super happy. I was shooting for 5x155, but added an extra rep and then thought eff it, lets try 160.

Now, before we (I) get all excited, let’s just see when i get my camera back - for all I know form, depth, everything could be fuck all. But it felt good, core felt tight. At the moment i’m good with ignorance is bliss.

1Arm Db snatch - 2x35, 3x30, 6x35 < now I’m dead set on getting these. they’re still a little sticky. I think i finally figured them out at the end.

Oh! And I hit the pool. Did 5 laps. That was fun - did freestyle and breast stroke. Mascherano is not a swmimmer. lol!
