Yesterday was upper body day - it was a weak sauce day, so I’m a bit bummed.
Chins - the 10lb/5lb/BW deal that I love so much, unfortunately didn’t go so well. Made me wonder if that one day where I smoked the chins was just a fluke.

So you see, a lot less volume, a lot less weighted…damn you chin-ups!!! I’ll get you next time gadget.
Explosive pushups (supersetted w/ chins) - 4x15 < I guess its a PR that I was actually able clap in between pushups…lol
N pullups - 2, 1
2 Med ball p/ups - 2x10 < ps. glad you like these nlmain, aren’t they fun!
Flat bench - 8x30, 4x35, 5x30 < not even close to what I did last time
chest flyes - 3x15x20
tri dips feet elevated - 3x10x20
Not sure what was going on last night. Could be stress, could be cuz i’m coming off the deload, or it could be the diet (undereating?). Who knows. Just gonna move forward.
Anyways, I was all bummed and feeling totally weak and heavy last night, so i asked my trainer friend Vic, “What do you do when you aren’t feeling a workout” and he says, “uh…stop working out and go grab a beer” Ha!
And then, as i mentioned in main’s log, Vic kindly taught me how to properly do 1 Arm DB snatches after he saw me do them and told me my snatch was ugly 
Basically, while I was getting the snatch in 1 movement I was doing more of a high pull + a push press, but wasn’t getting the flick. He also said I should just go ahead and try to get air and land flat foot, knees bent. I was taught to do the flick to tippy toes and then lock-out. I’ll vid it once I get my camera back so you see what i mean.
Anywho, since i was feeling all down and out I went and bought myself some chucks - black on black, cuz that’s how I roll…
