I’m heading into a deload, so no regularly scheduled workout. This is when I do anything from fuck-all to random exercises depending on my energy. I also started the Warrior diet. Everytime I say this I feel like it should be accompanied by some sort of fanfare - trumpets or a lion’s roar. Anyways, i’m all nervous that i’m going to pull a DJ Tanner and pass out on the stair master. But i was surprised how energetic I was during the workout, and yesterday’s too. Odd. But my tummy does rumble and that makes me sad (it’s ok baby).
Anyways, I told everyone in the gym that i was on it so they’d know if for some reason I did pass out. HAH! Dieting is such a mindfuck. I could really use Cesar Milan right now - every time i think of food he pokes me in the neck. Knowing that I get a “feed” at the end of the day keeps me happy though. How sick is that?!
pullups pronated - 4x2 < haven’t done these in a while, so i feel good about this. I hope this diet leans me out some, that would make these much easier.

1 arm db snatch - 3x6x30 < meh. i used to do 35s, but i tried 35 and they were sticky and ugly

wanted to go to beach today but its not sunny enough, and with the diet the diet and all… so i’m gonna hit a flea market nearby. nothing better than other people’s stuff!
