The Akuma01 Thread

The fuck you mean finally? This isnt exactly something you just waltz into. This takes years of preparation and dedication. Being a pessimistic perfectionist doesnt help either, because it puts you on an emotional roller coaster that sways on and off the track due to the fact that you feel like shit is always going wrong.

Not to mention the critical shit flinging of a gang of keyboard jockeys who can never commit themselves to a level that is required for any sort of true headway to be made. 1 Page ago YOU said i wouldnt cut, you questioned Me and my tenacity, and now you’re congratulating me? Please, I dont need the praise of Bandwagon lackeys.

I said it before and ill say it again, i dont care about the Mob or its mentality. That picture was posted for MM, because he is one person who has constantly bumped this thread. And that feels to me like he truly gives a damn.

[edit] before i read any replies, id like to say i thought about this response while in the gym today. I jumped the gun a bit, probably due to a combination of being moody and misinterpretation. I apologize.

Hey Akuma, you have more dedication than I thought
I love what you wrote here on T, but I wasn’t sure if you could really be ready for the beginning of 2011.

I was hoping that you can get me wrong. And YES you did it.
You have what it take to do want you want Akuma, go get it…

What the fuck is your problem Akuma?

He is saying ‘finally’ because it took you way to long to post real pictures. No one is saying that you’re taking to long to get lean, no one. In fact, most people, including myself, are sucking your dick in the thread so you don’t whine like you just did.

If I remember correctly, you’re close to my age. You need to grow the fuck up, especially if you want to paritcipate in a sport where you get judged.

Are you going to call me a keyboard jockey too? I post QUALITY pictures, I post QUALITY videos, I make progress, and I suck your dick when you finally show us your progress. Please, tell us what we have to do to make the high and mighty Akuma feel welcome, please.

Fuck.

<—wishes DOHcrazy would suck my dick too

For sure. I’ve dieted down both using and not using this strategy. Night and day difference when you strategically time the carbs and even better if you use the supplements (SWF, Anaconda, MAG-10).

I don’t care what anyone says, those supplements work.

Great job Akuma. Just hang tough dude. Once you get through the “mental trough” you’re in now, you’ll love the way you look and feel AND you’ll keep most of your strength, if you focus on it. You may lose a little due to bodyweight loss, but in the grand scheme, you won’t lose much and you’ll look a helluva lot stronger when lean.

You can always gain back most of what you lost at a later date.

Also, each time you lean down or recomp, it gets a lot easier. Eventually you’ll find a weight, look and feel you want to walk around at most of the year.

I’m sure Stu has told you all this already, just wanted to give you some encouragement to keep going. It’ll be worth it.

Akuma or anyone really, just curious: are high glycemic carbs needed post workout when dieting inorder to keep muscle or do you just stick with low glycemic? I ask this because the only major carb source in your diet right now is oatmeal. unless ofcourse you take supplementary carbs with your workout.
No i dont carb up post workout period. Spiking insulin would be counter productive to the method im using.

And i did actually fail to mention that i am taking the Anaconda Protocol + Surge as during workout nutrition. So on my med carb days, im taking in about 175carbs total, 30of which come in the morning in the form of oatmeal, and 115 come in the form of Surge/Finibar. So im still getting my carbs, but they are practically ALL during w/o carbs.
I’m glad there’s been some sort of update on 'Kuma’s part. While I always watch this thread, I never wanted to answer any of the comments, or give information for him. It’s his show, I’m just the tour guide. Progress the first few weeks is always difficult to discern, only after a certain point can you really step back and appreciate the slow progress. As the weeks go on, you will see things start to ‘speed up’ as it were. Towards the end, there will be changes noticeable on an almost daily basis. I got faith in the big guy.

S

There are some big visual changes here and I think your progress in building strength and muscle is going to be far superior compared to when you were fatter. However, you need to realize that every single person who has posted after you put up pictures has done so to encourage and motivate you. Also, the majority of the people who criticized you when you didn’t have pictures up were not your typical ‘keyboard jockeys’.

1st off, i just apologized for this, yes i did write some shit i shouldnt have. 2ndly, dont tell me to grow up homeslice, the past several pages of this thread were people bombarding me with complete nonsense. 3rdly, did you say something negative towards me on the page prior to posting this metaphorical “dick sucking” you seem to refer to so much? If not, then no, you are not a bandwagon keyboard jockey. If you did, yes you are a bandwagoneer. Sorry to make it so black and white, but hey it is what it is.

Apparently the first post i made didnt register, so ill say it again:

-Before i read any of the replies, id like to say that i thought about what i wrote while in the gym today and id like to say i jumped the gun a bit. Probably a ocmbination of me being moody and a misinterpretation this morning, and for this i apologize.

[edit] this post was made before i read the replies and responded to Doh’s statement.

You know Syn, i actually took a couple days off and went to San francisco with some friends. Needless to say, i wasnt really able to maintain a great diet, so i embellished a little here and there. It truly feels like i sucked up a lot of it though. My first day back in the gym i tore through shit. It may have been a bit of a pothole in terms in fat loss, but in terms of muscle retention i think it may have been a saving grace. We will have to see what happens in the next couple weeks when i keep updating Stu with pics, check how it affected me.

Wow, you are an emotional rollercoaster of a woman

Yeah, I’ve met insecure bastards like you, most of the time, they don’t cut because they don’t realize how “small” they end up being when the step on stage.

Second, I’m a pretty damn good powerlifter, that even most the guys I talk to on the BOI respect, I’ve been on the platform many times, you have done nothing.

Third, I’m pretty sure I also said your contest will 180lbs, I still say that.

Um no you jump to the front of the line…

I may have skipped it but what are you looking to coming in at the show?

I’ve been dropping weight for my own competition lately and still am atleast 20-30lbs away from the conditioning I want to display

will you be upset if he doesn’t give you a return handjob?

Akuma, have you or Stu come up with a closer estimate to where you may think you’ll need to be for the contest? I’m just curious, I don’t remember seeing you say anywhere.

I know that numbers are an arbitrary number when all is said and done but I’m wondering if you’re shooting for one particular number by May.
