I use Marx`s classical class analysis when I make my excercise selection.
Curls and similar are burgeois excercises, while squats, deads etc are my proletarien excercises.

No, you don’t. You train according to what you read on the internet and the forum conclusions (does not suprise me, taking in mind the image of stupidity projected by your face on your avatar).
This topic isn’t something to worry about it’s just some thoughts about weightlifting. I’d be glad if other weight lifters shared theirs.
However, I won’t post them again.
Sorry for your inconvenience.[/quote]
I was only going for the lulz, so no need to drag my “stupid looking” avatar into it, especially when you are sporting a avatar that looks like a passport that belongs to a dude that collects female skin
ps. I have no problem with you sharing your thoughts, so dont stop becuase of me.

Man, I make stupid faces at photos too.
I just overreacted because of your sarcasm. I love sarcasm and a good joke, but that one wasn’t was good (the female skin one also didn’t pass.
I started posting little ago again because just graduated from 8 years of Med school in South America (time + energy shortage + CNS burn-out + excess cortisol and too little androgens. Now I have more time to take strength training to my previous level and improve it.
It may be best to stop with the abstract ideas and let experienced and smart better veterans here give the new people some good advice instead of interfering.
Good luck with your strength training.

Good luck with your own quest for strenght and muscle.
