Just a quick thankyou to JMB for the massive eating articles, Ian King for the Super Strength prog., and T-mag for your great supps and for this web site. I have made a 25% increase on my bench and gained about 8-10lbs in weight in the last 12 weeks, which I never thought i could do.
My question is what kind of program should I do next for hypertrophy and or strength/
