I just wanted to thank you for that program. I hit a plateau for quite some time, and thanks to this program, I put on 8-10lbs in 12 weeks with minimal fat gain and I now have the same strength I did when I was 10 lbs heavier. I’m the strongest and leanest I’ve ever been. I feel like you represent the last bastion of solid training principles on this site, so I respect your work.

If I wanted to add another 10 lbs after this, how would you follow it up? I figured a good contrast to a low-volume workout would be a high one, but you don’t recommend OVT anymore. Thoughts?

IBB was only the first application of our principles. We have taken it much further. I’ll post some of the methods we are using later on.

I agree, I,BODYBUILDER is the best program I have tried to date. Really helped me put on mass unlike any other program.
