Thank You T-Nation!

I’ve been lurking around these forums for 8-9 months(23 yrs. old) or so now, and I just wanted to take a moment to say thanks to all the great posters who’ve taught me so much.

When I started lifting 9 months ago, I knew absolutely nothing. I didn’t even know what a squat WAS, never mind how to perform one properly.

My stats when I started:
Height: 6’1"
Weight: 180 lbs.
Bodyfat: ~18%
Squat: 8x95
Deadlift: 6x115
Bench: 8x70

and now…

Weight: 211 lbs.
Bodyfat: ~18%
Squat: 6x250
Deadlift: 5x290
Bench: 6x185

Nothing terribly impressive, but I feel I’ve come a long way and it’s almost 100% because of you guys. Every time I wanted to diet down because I wanted “hot abz” this site reminded me not to waste my time. I’m out to get huge, and it’s just a matter of time before I get there.

So thank you posters and authors of T-Nation, you’ve changed my life for the better and I appreciate it!

Your welcome… now stop thanking the academy and keep going. Make us proud

Don’t end the story there! Keep movin’ that iron! Being ‘too big’ is like having ‘too much money’ haha

You can stop now. You have accomplished enough…
