This is confusing. Good sources of dietary fat are going to raise testosterone, lower subcutaneous bodyfat levels, and help to increase lean muscle mass. Intake of quality fat is also good for general health. I thought these were exactly what your goals were. How is any of that counterproductive? Where is the downside?
