ok smart ass,its obvious ur a fuckin clown. That much was already obvious with ur little video that showed ur horrible form bench pressing letting the bar bounce off ur chest… have fun in recovery when u fracture your collarbone
I weigh 45 pounds less than you, and eat 3600 calories a day just to gain slightly less than a pound a week on average. Perhaps you should consider eating more? It isn’t that hard to eat another six eggs a day, or a few more ounces of cheese/ some milk.
i hear you. that was what my gains looked like for a while, then they just stopped. I honestly think its my metabolism…its what got me looking into the tboosters

To be fair, it’s a pretty cool pic of Kai that I’ve never seen before.
We’re getting distracted now, because I think OP doesn’t like the answers he’s getting, so…

If that was “horrible form”, it’d be neat to see your demo video showing proper form for a more than 1.5xBodyweight bench.
I broke my collarbone once. Actually my sister broke it when she flipped me over her shoulder, Judo-style. Recovery was no fun, I concur. But I think you meant sternum.

You so, so, so very much don’t hear what he’s saying.
Because increasing your Testosterone levels will decrease your metabolic rate, thus allowing you to build muscle on the amount of calories you’re currently consuming? Okee doke.

well, i cant say that i go to the gym with a couple guys and record my workouts,…far as im concerned,if someone is more concerned with catchin a 1rm on video as opposed to their actual workout, then their obviously not training to full potential

(NSCA-certified, you say? No kiddin’.)
i hear what your saying, and i know this… and yes, certified with a pretty good reputation

I too have a pretty good reputation, to this day I hold a record for taking off my stake and trying to stab a guy in high school hockey.
Sorry to be such a “smart-ass” I just think people don’t get an idea until you break through their protective barriers. Yours, in particular, were set pretty high since your started off your OP talking about your certification and how training and food is spot on.(I’m paraphrasing)
You seem to get the idea now that you’re not eating enough now so I will back the “clown” down.
A T-booster might help a little bit, but you will have to EAT MORE while taking it. Higher T levels increase metabolism and protein synthesis (I’m sure you already knew that), so the solution is to eat more regardless of taking a T-booster or not.
EDIT: I will appease your desire to take a T-booster. This is the stack my coach recommended to me:

I haven’t used it haha. Just what he suggested. I thought it might be helpful if nobody else was going to recommend anything.

i hear ya. i thought i was pigging out but maybe its just not enough. thanks
Hey man. You seem like you’re serious about training and open for input, so I’ll chime in. I have to agree with the other guys who suggest (insist) that you eat more. I don’t think you actually know how many calories you’re taking in, and that 3000 is a guess. I know I guess a lot myself. Write down a typical day and figure it out and keep a journal. It will really help. And with training twice a day AND coaching, you need, well, I don’t know exactly, but a LOT of calories if your goal is gaining muscle.
Also, as far as boosting test goes: the best T booster you’re going to find - honestly - is fats. Seriously, get some in your diet. Avocados are great, as are almonds, salmon, grass fed beef. Take a good amount of fish oil. At your age, your body will know just what do with them, and you’ll notice way more from a high fat diet than you would from a “t boosting” supplement. That’s just my experience. And science.
Hey OP, is your username D-Nice as in D-Nice from Boogie Down Productions?
As for your question, I agree with dharmabum – you’ll notice a huge difference by increasing your fat intake to at least 40 percent of your daily calories, provided you’re not already at that level. Olive oil, avocados, fatty cuts of (preferably grass-fed) red meat, coconut oil, whole milk, eggs, butter and other goodies are your friends. Learn to include them more frequently in your life!
As for supps, I’ve had success with d-aspartic acid. Be sure to get plenty of supplemental vitamin D, as well.
sleep more, eat more. Training twice a day and sleeping 6.5hours is a not good for gains. Nor is your lowcarb diet either. Eat more potatos and rice / carbs

thanks, i can appreciate an intelligent response as opposed to someone just messin around. I do think i’ll hold off on the t-booster for now… i just figured that taking in too much fat would be counter productive to what I was hoping to accomplish. much appreciated
