BARE WITH ME GUYS!! OKAY, im 25 yrs old 5’9" and 180lbs. I have been training for years now and have developed a decent psyique, and strenght gains. Only problem is that I have stopped growing in size.
I am NSCA certified and know/follow the proper nutrition/supplementaion regiments (1 g protein per lb, 6 meals a day, sleep ect ect) I am strongly considering a test boosteR for some serious size gains. ANY advice on whats best (brands, reputaion) would be great. Please keep ur smart ass comments to urselfs

How long ago did you notice that you “stopped” growing?
What’s your strength on the basic lifts? What’s your general bodyfat? I’m not talking about percentage. How do you look - little muffin top/belly roll, Joe Average, a few blurry abs showing, Eddie 8-pack?
What, exactly, did you eat yesterday?
You lob a slow softball like this, and I’m not supposed to take a swing? Fair enough. I’ll try.
EDIT: Okay, yeah, no. I kinda have to mention…
Either you want everyone to drop their drawers or you want us to bear with you. Spelling matters, bud.
I assume you lift heavy weights and eat enough proteins and fats. Maybe there are some things you can do that do not require needles, pills, or patches.
Also, maybe you should get your free testosterone levels checked before going the artificial route.

Guys, obviously you don’t get it. You have to get naked with OP before answering his questions.
OP, unless you’ve got some pretty dang low testosterone levels, you should have a good deal more growing in you without worrying about this kind of stuff.
Post some pics of yourself, and/or lifts, preferably vids if of lifts.

I actually laughed out loud.
NSCA certified or not you’re lacking one or all of the following:
Consistency
Intensity
Calories Intake
Rest
[/quote]
Well, i can assure you that I am consistant. I train morning and night, and even train some when im training my clients, although I dont push to the level of overtraining. Intensity, sure as hell have alot of that, I go very hard every time regardless of the regiment i am following that week. Calories, every two and half hours im scoffing down chicken breasts, brocoli, and the occasional baked potato LITERALLY. As far as rest goes, i know i need at least 8 hours, but i get roughly 6 1/2 (kids)

yesterday, 6am shake and granola, 9am egg whites turkey sausage,11 am chicken breasts and brocoli,1 am, chicken breasts and brocoli, 3pm tuna fish mustard and apple, 5pm chicken breasts brocoli baked potatoe and peppers. My day esentially goes like this every two to three hours

I hit my plateau some 3 or 4 months ago. I mean, i am getting stronger, but the size gains are very minimal. I have been in the military for years now, so I ve always been in very good condition. As far as what i look like, id say athletic more than anything. Ill post some pics

You train twice a day and stay active with clients. Meanwhile you eat, “every two and half hours im scoffing down chicken breasts, brocoli, and the occasional baked potato.”
Your problem sounds like calorie intake…
Why don’t you answer Chris’ question and put down exactly what you ate yesterday.

So you’ve gone several months without seeing a significant change bodyweight, and you’re thinking a Test booster is the solution rather than an increase in calories? I would’ve gotten antsy and looked to tweak my training or diet after the first month or so, but okay.
According to what you wrote, you didn’t eat anything after 5pm. There’s a reason I asked… because the majority of the time, it shows how little (or how inappropriately) someone’s eating when they say they’re trying to gain size. And in your case, that’s exactly what it showed.
You’re on a low fat, relatively low carb diet that’s clearly not providing enough total calories to grow from your two-or-more sessions per day. A Test booster is not the cure.

well, i did tweak my diet…i basically doubled up on what i was already eating, and even cut my cardio some to see if it would help.it did, but kinda just stopped

WOW, 3000? Call Guinness.
If you know you have a fast metabolism why don’t you eat like an adult male trying to gain muscle?

ok smart ass,its obvious ur a fuckin clown. That much was already obvious with ur little video that showed ur horrible form bench pressing letting the bar bounce off ur chest… have fun in recovery when u fracture your collarbone
I weigh 45 pounds less than you, and eat 3600 calories a day just to gain slightly less than a pound a week on average. Perhaps you should consider eating more? It isn’t that hard to eat another six eggs a day, or a few more ounces of cheese/ some milk.
