You work with elderly/disabled, right?

yes ^^ i will study for to be nurse i hope or even more

i hope they will be good, i like this old peoples really, and i was flirting with a girl yesterday, i got the number but still damnit ahha, i cant stop gym in my house, even if i dont have good stuff

Well, take care of yourself and try not to make other people sick. I’m assuming there are protocols in your workplace for this.

Unfortunately, it’s a virus, so you treat the symptoms and if it gets too bad, go to a hospital.

Good luck man. A lot of people end up just shaking it off. Hopefully you’re one of them.

Just curious, how much vitamin D3 were you taking the previous months?

I stop one month before… Damnit, usually i just take 2000 but all of the time, cure is a bit stupid

For the moment i don’t feel any symptoms, i will continue to training in my house, thank, hope everything will be good after it depends of gods, happen what happen

You’re allowed to keep working as a nurse with a positive COVID test?

no, i need to stop for 10 day, and i will have my money, iam lucky because i take a contract for one month yesterday. i will take some new about the personn tomorrow, hope they are ok, i work in a floor with 20 personn so i hope they will be ok really, all of them will get a test and they stay in the room and eat in the room, is shit for them

i will training tomorrow and check how i feel, i will take a bit more vitamin D who know, always we need to try to do something good with something bad, that is the life

Some people have horrible symptoms and others don’t even know they have it. Just be smart and don’t get ahead of yourself.

S

Having a training session when you are feeling a bit off but you are 80-90% to where you usually are is okay.

If you are struggling with what is very simple weight then you are not going to get much out of the training and you will probably just make recovery harder.

If you have a yard or a balcony where you won’t come into contact with people, try get some fresh air regularly

Disclaimer: Do not take this as medical advice, dont do this in place of any medical recommendation and discuss with your doctor first. If you are into the vitamin thing, this is what I was planning to do if I ever got COVID (can’t remember where I got it from as it was a year ago now lol):
20,000 UI vitamin d + K2
2g vitamin c (spread throughout the day)
3x900mg Quercetin
Staranise (upto 8)
50mg zinc
2x600mg NAC
Magnesium, iodine if needed.

Yeah mega dose vit d3 AND get direct sunlight
Zinc should be next priority

then everything strongman said if can get hands on
.
Greens supp and high fibre food also -still anecdotal but one of many reasons fatties get it bad is it stays in body longer

If feeling good in couple days try and really sweat it out with your training, everything metabolic/supersets/cardio and wear extra clothes

Obviously get to bed very early/big sleep, no alarm etc

Thank, this day i sleep maybe 6hourd like usually, i had vitamin D and magnieusum zinx.

Im feel a bit tired, i will try to training today, and to go to the forest, is a sunny day so.

But i don’t feel so much symptoms just a bit tired, and stuffed up nose

Don’t worry. It has a less than 1 percent death rate. I’m confident you’ll be fine!

Ahaha it is ok, just feel a bit tired but now i don’t geel tired, just yesterday my training was hard, but I didn’t have any symptoms, just i was a bit tired the first and second Day, i work so much that fuck me

In my own experience, if I have something Viral like flu training is the worst thing I can do. If im feeling 85-90% and still go train, the next day everything is so much worse and the virus hits like a truck. Rest is the best way to recover in my opinion. I believe its the case that hard training can literally weaken your immune system.

A few days off training isnt going to hold you back from achieving anything, but training when sick can have some negative consequences.

Now i feel much better, but what u say is truth i guess, but i really training a bit. And i think that my body was ok, i just feel that he was fighting but now i feel perfect

your main problem is that you got tested. as you said no symptoms. but another covid statistic.
this is exactly ‘why c19 is going up’. 97% false positive PCR tests…keeps that hoax going
