Test, Tren, Winstrol, T3 Cutting Stack

Whats up guys?
Looking to start this cycle in about a week. But just wanted to see what you guys think and get everything dosed out and ready to go 100%. Anyways, hope you guys can help me out.

STATS:

  • 22, 5’ 9", 208-210, 15-16% bf. (highest my bodyfat has ever been)
  • Lifting heavy and eating big for about 5 years.
  • This will be my third injectable steroid cycle
  • Cycle 1= test cyp 500mg weeks 1-10
  • Cycle 2= injectable dbol weeks 1-4 50mg ed, test prop weeks 1-6 150mg eod and then weeks 6-12 test cyp 500mg
  • I’d also like to add that i have ran a few prohormones. I have run Alpha One, Jungle Warfare, and H-drol.
  • Pct for the prohormones was nolva only and pct for the test/dbol was clomid only.

GOAL:

My goal is to lose AS MUCH body fat as possible (hopefully down to 6-7%) (i hold 90% of my bodyfat in my lovehandle and waist area), while NOT losing muscle and packing on anywhere from 7-10lbs of muscle would be pretty nice too. :slight_smile:

I’ve only had to cut twice and both times i’ve tried to cut naturally and i lost SO much muscle and hardly any fat. I just want to see my abs again like i had when i was a skinny boy at 130lbs and 6% bodyfat. I haven’t really seen my abs at all since i’ve been working out. I’d like to get my veins, definition, and aesthetics back. I’m ready to work for it. I will have my diet, workout, and cardio regime in check.

CUTTING CYCLE:

Weeks 1-10 50mg test Prop taken every day
Weeks 1-8 50mg tren Acetate taken every day
Weeks 1-8 T3 25mg ed week 1-2, 50mg ed week 2-5, 25mg ed week 6-8.
Weeks 1-8 .5mg Caber taken twice a week.
Weeks 5-10 50mg Oral Winstrol ED
*Aromasin and Letrozole on hand just incase.

Pct: (3 days after last shot)
Nolva 20/20/20/20
clomid 50/50/50/50

Questions:

  1. How does the overall cycle look?
    What would you change, and why?
  2. Can anyone recommend a good cardio routine for me? a routine where i would burn a good amount of fat without risking muscle loss.
  3. With this cycle and my cardio and diet in check does my goal look like it could be accomplished?

Wow you must look REALLY funny with that 28-29 lbs of bodyfat located solely on your mid-section and only two lbs throughout the rest of your body. I mean, that’s physically impossible, but I’m sure you’ve got a great response.

6-7% bodyfat is not going to happen. Especially when you don’t even list your diet, which means it’s obviously not a concern of yours this cycle. (Even if it was, still not going to happen in 8 weeks.)

LOL- and I would LOVE an explanation for running winstrol through and BEYOND your PCT. Really outside the box; I like it.

T3 at a nice REPLACEMENT DOSAGE. Good thing you’re shutting down your thyroid to run it at the same amount it’s already operating at. Again, outside the box; I’m seeing a pattern here…

Test/Tren at a 1:1 ratio; clearly you’ve done your homework.

Snarkiness aside, 50 mcg (I hope he meant mcg and not mg) per day of T3 is about double the body’s natural well-functioning output of 25 mcg. This is from Bill Roberts. He rarely recommends anyone take more than 50 mcg/day, with the occasional 75 mcg/day. His preferred protocol is actually about 12.5 mcg/day as a “supplemental” dose. Not sure how I feel about that.

You’ve ran T3 at 100 mcg/day if I remmeber correctly, right? How did you feel on that?

Regarding the 1:1 ratio of Test/Tren, with the inclusion of Winny, it looks almost exactly like the cutting cycle Cy Wilson used to recommend on here. Probably could do worse. 350 mg of each/week really isn’t enough to see the sides that you would get from higher doses of either so the 1:1 ratio may be irrelevant. Maybe there’s better ways of doing things, but again, you could do worse.

25mcg for T3 is replacement dosage. So shutting down your thyroid just to go slightly over that seems really stupid. It’s the same reason we don’t recommend 250mg/wk Test cycles.

I’ve been ramping up the T3 and just today am getting to 100mcg/day. I haven’t noticed anything worthy of reporting thus far. I do need to update that thread though.

Leads me to believe your T3 may be underdosed. At 100mcg I was literally withering away and that was WITH anabolics in the mix.
Also, still waiting on them pics ;).

To the OP, like VTballa suggested I think 350mg a week of each is on the lower side of what I would ever do.
And DEFINETLY run an AI, dont leave it out until you experience sides. Thats foolish.

  1. Obviously not all of my bodyfat is in my waist area but every else has a decent amount of definition.
  2. 6-7% is possible.
  3. Idk what your talking about running winstrol BEYOND PCT? Check again bud. Winstrol ends at week 10, which is when i end my test prop.
    4)And ok, then what would you recommend i dose the t3 at?
  4. Whats wrong with a 1:1 ratio of test/tren? I’m not trying to put on much size. mostly lean out.

You were also at a much lower bf%. I’ve only been on it for a week; I think it’s too early to determine whether or not it’s underdosed. I’ll be starting the liquid T3 I have in a few days that may shed some light on it.

Also, just like I said three weeks ago (when there was six weeks left) I’m not done for another three weeks.

OH you DON’T HAVE TIME to ‘argue’ (a not so clever way of saying you’re unable to provide logic and reasoning) but you do have time to type up every meal of every day for 8 weeks- because that won’t change at all and that’s clearly the most important aspect of what we’re discussing here.

6-7% is NOT possible. You are delusional. I started my cycle which has a lot more shit in it than yours, and at a lower body fat %, and I will be LUCKY to hit single digit bodyfat. Sorry to be the one to break the news to you, but low-dose tren and really low-dose T3 isn’t a miracle drug that’s going to make you lose 9% bodyfat in 8 weeks. Bodyfat is not proportional. It’s not as easy to go from 8% to 7% as it is to go from 21% to 20%. The best part is that you’ve never even used these compounds and for some reason you think you can tell me how they’re going to work for you.

You edited your post. The initial post said Tprop weeks 1-8. Winstrol was the only thing running into 10 weeks, hence my comment.
