I got tennis elbow most exersizes dont feel to nice. took a week off and it didnt feel any better… What to do? Im going to be going on cycle soon with test and masteron… will this help me heal up?
no.
From my personal experience masteron dries you out pretty good so it won’t be fantastic for your tendons and joints. My joints and tendons started out feelig pretty decent and by week 8 my knees hurt so bad i had to stop squatting for 2 weeks and my elbows got so bad i missed a max double, but everyone reacts differently.
The best thing to do for that elbow is to get some Active Release Technique done on it, massage your rotators, forearms and biceps, rest for a while and do higher rep work for the aggravated area and try to get a buddy to roll them with ‘the stick’ or roll it yourself on a counter with a foam roller or pvc pipe. i have some experience with tendonitis and tennis elbow knee pain ect… so this is how i deal with it on an ongoing basis with the odd month of hypertrophy focus once every 6 months or so to give my whole body a break from heavier lifting geared toward getting stronger.
You may also want to consider a different drug. Guys always say they wanna gain “lean mass” i honestly get it, you want to look jacked as fuck right? Well say you did a massive bulk instead with test decca and if you want to throw caution to the wind add some dbol at week 9 (test and decca have excellent synergy, and i believe the oral to kickstart is really a waste of something that could be so much more pronounced in the form of mass and strength gains when used after all your injectables are kicked in) and cut next go around possibly with better feeling joints. Just a thought
Fish oil and buy some voodoo bands from rogue fitness. Also some foam rolling. This solved my tricep tendonitis. I cannot stress the voodoo bands enough.

I have heard of those on mobilitywad, what was your experience with them? I have heard most guys use them for arm \ tendon pain
I used mine for tricep tendonitis like I said. Before that I did physical therapy/ fish oil and 6 weeks of no pressing movements. When I got back into it my tendonitis flared up again. After using the bands and fish oil I could bench heavy and do dips again pain free. The bands really do make a difference and it is immediate. Def worth the money
i bought a pair of voodoo bands, used em once and relieved almost all the pain.
but watch the instructional video on mobilitywod.com
I fixed mine by avoiding the exercises that aggravate it (skull crushers, twin arm dumbell extensions behind the neck), icing post workout… and playing less Forza Motorsport 4! squeezing and holding the right trigger for long periods…not good for the elbow tendon!
wow I will have to try that voodoo band. I’ve been dealing with golfer’s elbow for a while now no matter what I do/don’t do it will not go away. thanks guys.
