I have been experiencing temporary hearing loss after lifting heavy. It always comes on when I get in my car and drive home, regardless of when I do the intense part of my workout. I have done heavy squats at the beginning and the end of my workout, but the hearing loss still occurs when I get in my car and start driving. It usually lasts only ten or so minutes and feels like there is some pressure differentials in my head that are just not resolving correctly. Anyone experience this or have heard of this? My doctor tells me to not lift so heavy…

Never had complete hearing loss after squats or deads, but I have had ringing in the ears!
