back
pull your pants up, your dick is about to come out, no one cares about your V.
it says u weigh 190?.. u must have heavy bones or huge legs…
ur chest and arms are very small
u need to really just focus on everything right now with big compound movements as something else has said
think Squats, DL’s, BentOver Rows, Bench press… Dips… Military Presses, Push Presses, Cleans, Pullups etc…
i feel that ur build is a little odd… it looks as if u have a lot of hypertrophy in ur abs but not really anywhere else
what is ur current routine? and what have been ur past routines?
just when u think the pics couldn’t possibly get any worse
i just switched my routine with the help of a trainer, im now doing all compound movements, hypertrophy on mondays, EDT training on wednesdays, and a whole body hypertrophy routine on fridays, with mixing in HIIT for cardio a couple of days a week, what kind of supps should i be looking at?

To the gym, and then a buffet.
You look skinny and fairly lean but there’s not much else to say at this point.
can u be more specific about ur routine
ex.
monday
barbell bench press 6x3
barbell bent over row 6x3
dumbbell push press 4x8
explosive mid grip pull up protonated grip 4x8
etc…
the more specific u are the more ppl will help u… and the more ppl will be willing to help u
if u haven’t already go to the beginners section (even if u dont think ur a beginner) and read Christian Thibaudeau’s articles for beginners he has a three part series that is really good even if u have experience
i then suggest u just start reading as much as u can on here since there is a lot of great information
also what supplements are u currently on
did you shave for the pictures?

haha
i liked ur old avatar better
yeah i might change it back, but the clip that my current one is from is just too funny
monday
squats super set with decline bench 4x 10
Bulgarian split squats superset with inverted rows 4 x 10
Ham raises superset with reverse crunches 4 x 10
wednesday EDT Training
Wide grip pull-up and DB push presses
Step ups
Friday
Box squats 5 x 5
chin ups 5 x5
DB bench 5 x 5
Walking lunges
barbell rollouts 5 x5
i hope this helps, please critique, i got this from a trainer at my gym hoping that itll help me lean out and get a little bigger at the same time
how many calories a day do you think i need to be taking in approx? anyone
needs dips and some sort of deadlift variation
Edit: and for calories, in order to gain steadily, maybe 3500-4500

Get real… he needs more like eleventeen hundred give or take pi rounded up times ‘cosin’.
But for real. Read on here and find a good program that works for you. The one you’re on seems random and unfocused. Either pick EDT, 5x5, or upper/low split not one day of each.
For the beginning I would just rock Chad Waterbury’s ABBH program. And eat more meat and rice.
And never post pics ever. The only legitimation for posting pics is if you look truly noteworthy.

hah that routine is much better than what i was expecting…
i agree with what was said earlier… at a deadlift variation to take the place of one of those squats
maybe add dips in place of decline bench if ur shoulders can handle them

You think it’ll help add the mass that I want, they are all compound movements basically, similar to the ABBH program by Chad Waterbury
I forgot, for supps I just recently ordered Surge, Grow! Whey, Flameout and Spike under the advice from the same trainer who gave me the routine I am currently doing.
