Titan Tim Tackling his Twenties

Life Update cont:

As much as I want to only binge watch Star Wars Clone Wars, it would be beneficial if I started reading again. I don’t quite have a concrete list of books I want to read but, I plan on reading books based on self-improvement. Definitely going to check out some of the books that were recommended to me on this forum as well (I really like how I screenshotted posts that included book recommendations on my IPad, very resourceful). As of right now I’m reading a book called The Worry Trick. The book goes over how a an anxious mind thinks and some tricks to combat the continuous cycle of worrying. I plan on reading this book 10-15 times so I can actually retain that information. After this I think I’ll continue to read How to Be a 3% Man, Winning the Heart of the Woman of Your Dreams, I’ve read it 6 times and you’re supposed to read it like 10-15 times so you can apply what you’ve read effectively. After reading it 6 times it has definitely had a positive effect on my way of thinking.

Random Thoughts:
Any Joe Schmoe would assume I would have some kind of great mental awakening from some academic task. A little bizarre that I seem to learn life lessons through strength training. My mindset when it comes to my training has become healthier and a lot more positive. What I’m getting at is that I should be applying that to everywhere in my life! Sometimes I’ll belittle myself and only think of my shortcomings rather than my achievements. I figured that reading books and applying them to my thinking would help me reach my full potential. This is the time to reach my full potential and shape myself into the man I want to be. (Most definitely going to read books about leadership and leadership styles).
