My creatine says one teaspoon… i dont know if they mean leveled or heaping teaspoon… plus i heard that the diningwear teaspoon ( the one we eat with ) isnt correct measure. can someone help me

Generally it’s level. Go buy a set of measuring spoons, they’re pretty cheap.

If it does not specify, then most likely not heaping as that is a variable kinda measurement.
Yes. Buy a set of measuring spoons. Typically has a tablesoon, teaspoon, half-teaspoon, and quarter-teaspoon. Incidentally, 1 teaspoon of creatine is about 5 grams as far as I know.
