I just got my star nutritions creatin monohydrate and i wonder how much teaspoons 5ml are 5g creatine, on the package from the star nutrition it says that 2 teaspoons are 5g creatin but on many other sites it says 1 teaspoon is 5g, i need help and i cant weigh myself cuz i dont have a kitchen scale
Did it not come with a scoop? You can get a scale on Amazon for $7
It did not come with a scoop but thanks for the link!
If your creatine is fine (micronized) and loosely packed, you’d need a heaping teaspoon. Call that 1.2 to 1.5 level teaspoons. But it’s creatine, so it’s no big deal if you use a little more or a little less. Just take it consistently every day.
If I’m being honest here, I think your priorities are incorrect.
How can you know what you need to supplement, if you don’t know what you’re already putting in your body?
IMO, get a food scale and check your food intake before spending money on supplements.
They are meant to be supplemental to your diet.
good advice, nothing wrong with being 100% sure
I have been taking creatine for 30 years (f I am old), and I no longer measure it precisely. I do one Texas size table spoon with my morning protein shake. You can’t take too much, imo. I do however track my water intake, which is important when taking creatine.
