excuse me for my ignorance, but im starting up a tbt routine based on the article of this site (im just posting up the first 2 weeks of the routine)

my questions are am i frequently changing my workouts too much, and is the antagonist training correct? i didn’t know how to pair delts with anything
also do supersets count as 1 set each time you do them? for example if i did bench press and then db rows would it count as 1 set?
