Taurine

I noticed Dr. Serrano’s recomends supplementing w/ Taurine if you are not eating a lot of Red Meat. Currently I dont have time to cook a lot so I rely on shakes and cottage cheese, and other such items which require less prep-time and when I do have time to cook I ussually have salmon. Is anyone currently (or in the past) supplementing w/ taurine and if so what do you think? He recomends at least 1 gram, what would be the optimal dose and when should it be taken? Thanks in advance for any replies!

i dont know about this but i am currious, i know he is a huuuge proponent of redmeat while bulking though.

about a gram… realy more ain’t realy better
taken any time, but its good before sleep as it has a mild relaxant effect
