#1x10 @ 70 (I did 2x10@60, 1x10@65, 2x10@70)

Nice work. That should put you at just above a 1x body weight press. That is solid. Welcome aboard.

Thanks… I’ve done better with lighter weights where my estimated 1RM is around 190ish… 1x13@135 or 1x10@145…

Today… My money set on the deadlift:
#1x6 @ 315. I was shooting for 8 reps, but that’s ok… Next time it’ll be better.

Assistance exercises:

-Glute bridge:
#2x20 @ 225
-Pull throughs:
#4x10 @ 150
-Hip thrusts:
#2x20 @ BW

Money set for bench press:
#1x7 @ 255… Not bad.

Squat day:
#1x8 @ 230. I’m happy with that. My squat has always sucked!

Last week was my deload week… always hard not to train hard!
