i dont know how many of you have ever deprived yourselves calorically.
but, i went on this stupid diet when i first started lifting and just wanted abs.
eventually i got sick of starving myself and went all out in the kitchen.
the first day i started eating, i just kept going and going. i went through 5 dozen eggs that day, plenty of cheese, and meats ( i was doing the AD so no carbs )
basically this guy just manipulates that same bio-response for his eating contests.
