I am just finishing my induction phase of the Anabolic Diet. It would seem logical to me that you would want to do a Tabata-style workout on Saturday morning pre-carb load to stoke the fat burning furnace. Then dropping dietary fat as prescribed during the carb load stage would maximize bodyfat consumption for fuel. This would be followed by a heavy lifting day on Sunday to take advantage of the carb load hormone release.
Make sense or am I missing something? Has anyone done this?
