He’s been posting a bit recently, mostly schooling Orion in one of those PUA threads.
Well, normally when I google something from GAL I have to worry about what pops up…especially when it concerns that crazy Austrian.

My powerlifterness is still curious as to Professor X’s strength level. What’s something bodybuilders do… You do dumbbell curls surely. Can you curl the 90’s? I’ve seen Kaz curl 90’s.

I was curling 90’s years ago. That is how I hurt my arm…doing that to prove it to someone who said I couldn’t…and not warming up first.

Since the motorcycle accident I am building back up to it but just had another injury of the same injured areas so who knows if I can get back to that.

The most I have gotten back up to lately is 80’s so I work more on form because of the injuries.

Well there we go! That’s proof enough for me that the Prof isn’t weak. Maybe he’s 40% bodyfat, who knows, but now I can stop wondering how someone that big is apparently “weak”.

Lets be honest this goes far beyond a desire to have their personal views on training help people here and is more about having the last word on whatever thread they all argue in. Its a shame really as when a person joins this site and sees a few posters with up to 50K posts they get the idea that there is a load of information here but soon realise that the useful information exists in perhaps as little as ten percent of those posts. The rest is pure bullshit.

Its ironic really as people like X, Zraw, gregron and a handful of others may see themselves as Alpha males yet 90% of what they write has less testosterone than a gaggle of prepubescent girls arguing who is best between One Direction and Bieber. Honestly I dont know what TC thinks this site means to people but he needs to get a grip here and stop this before T-Nation becomes Pre Teen Nation and a laughing stock.

I cant understand why the mods dont step in when Zraw, X, Greg and Brown go at it and send the posts somewhere else so as threads can keep up the useful content and not descend into the boring as fuck same done to death arguments.
Well fuck me for only posting useless shit, have a nice day

Also, I curl the 35s

He’s full of shit. He’s claimed he benched 400 after one year of training and has gone up to 5 plates+

back in reality…

(the bands take off about 100lbs at the bottom)

This thread gets 5/5 stars, A++.

Would read again.

I was injured. That is why that band is on my left arm.

Seriously, CT has commented on this so if you guys just want to think I never got strong, so be it.

That isn’t the truth though.

He also switched to mainly machines because his primary goal is hypertrophy.

We ALL know that will greatly effect your performance on free weights the first couple weeks because when we train we train a very specific motion. Free weights require stabilizing that machines don’t. AND he was injured… which you can clearly see the wrap on his arm.

Bug off.

I was being facetious, this thread is absurd. Although there is some entertainment value in the absurdity of watching grown men fight like little high shcool girls over the internet.

Easy correlation

Heavy weights : fat

Light weights : lean

I can curl the 35s too if I get real angry

serious question: how many carbs are you getting in the offseason?

that’s not a band; it’s a wrap

It’s a band-wrap.
