According to X I am dragging this forum down and not contributing…
So I ask my fellow members a simple question: should I stay of should I go?
If you feel I’m dragging the forum down like X says them voice your opinion. If not then say so as well.
If the majority of posters agree with X then I will leave the site for good and not continue to drag it down.
For real though, Kate Upton may not do it for some, but if the jelly, jiggle-jagglin, and bouncing around doesnt make you a little funny in the pants, you might have caught a case…a mild one, but one nonetheless.

Sorry man, didn’t mean to leave that hanging out there. I’ve been on second shift and don’t get home till 12:00, hence the breakfinner or dinnfast or what ever the hell I’ve been eating lately has been.
Eggo buttermilk waffles, sams club 40 pack burgers in a box (extra pink slime), a dash of cardamom and some good ole Aunt Jemima.
All of the other suggestions of variations on this theme sound excellent too. Except the one from that nefarious poster who mentioned Pancakes.
One more suggestion like that and I’m gonna start a poll wherein I hurt my own feelings by eliciting a response which I had not forseen.

Lets be honest this goes far beyond a desire to have their personal views on training help people here and is more about having the last word on whatever thread they all argue in. Its a shame really as when a person joins this site and sees a few posters with up to 50K posts they get the idea that there is a load of information here but soon realise that the useful information exists in perhaps as little as ten percent of those posts. The rest is pure bullshit.
Its ironic really as people like X, Zraw, gregron and a handful of others may see themselves as Alpha males yet 90% of what they write has less testosterone than a gaggle of prepubescent girls arguing who is best between One Direction and Bieber. Honestly I dont know what TC thinks this site means to people but he needs to get a grip here and stop this before T-Nation becomes Pre Teen Nation and a laughing stock.
I cant understand why the mods dont step in when Zraw, X, Greg and Brown go at it and send the posts somewhere else so as threads can keep up the useful content and not descend into the boring as fuck same done to death arguments.

I’ve behaved myself recently. I think zraw’s posts are very helpful and have been for years.
