that’s not a band; it’s a wrap
It’s a band-wrap.
It’s a rap band.

Is gregron banned now? His avatar isn’t showing up anymore.

For the length of time this thread has gone on without Greg posting, it’s insane how none of us pointed that out earlier. Mebz he just up and left.

or he just deleted it and left.

Lets be honest this goes far beyond a desire to have their personal views on training help people here and is more about having the last word on whatever thread they all argue in. Its a shame really as when a person joins this site and sees a few posters with up to 50K posts they get the idea that there is a load of information here but soon realise that the useful information exists in perhaps as little as ten percent of those posts. The rest is pure bullshit.

Its ironic really as people like X, Zraw, gregron and a handful of others may see themselves as Alpha males yet 90% of what they write has less testosterone than a gaggle of prepubescent girls arguing who is best between One Direction and Bieber. Honestly I dont know what TC thinks this site means to people but he needs to get a grip here and stop this before T-Nation becomes Pre Teen Nation and a laughing stock.

I cant understand why the mods dont step in when Zraw, X, Greg and Brown go at it and send the posts somewhere else so as threads can keep up the useful content and not descend into the boring as fuck same done to death arguments.
Well fuck me for only posting useless shit, have a nice day
You certainly dont post useless shit ( unless you meant I did LOL ) infact I have been following your progress on here with a great deal of interest and enjoy threads you contribute to until you have a row with X. Thing is you and the others I mentioned are all worth listening to even PX and all of you have some great info to give but the threads lately have been seriously weakened when they descend into shitstorms because you all disagree

Sorry man, didn’t mean to leave that hanging out there. I’ve been on second shift and don’t get home till 12:00, hence the breakfinner or dinnfast or what ever the hell I’ve been eating lately has been.
Does that mean you got the new job?
Nah. Same job, different function and shift.

I have to work on my stainless mig this weekend, then weld test and another interview next week.

We ALL know that will greatly effect your performance on free weights the first couple weeks because when we train we train a very specific motion. Free weights require stabilizing that machines don’t. AND he was injured… which you can clearly see the wrap on his arm.

Bug off.
His major issue here is that he’s not squeezing attatop.

hahhahaha
I would set PRs if a more jacked Vin Diesel was telling me “good” or “better” after each rep

Exactly. I hadn’t done a flat barbell bench in about 8-10 years before that video was made.

Why would I be pressing max weight on an exercise I don’t do?

Training at a high altitude? doing circuit training in a way you never have before?

It’s doubtful.

I completely agree with this…which is why I found it perplexing that you got all hostile towards me when I said you were “weak” in the exercises you choose not to perform. I honestly didn’t mean it as a dig against you.

I think you may be a little on edge, lately.

LOl at that last comment.

I responded because of how people use that information…like the newbs running around laughing at lunge form.

Either way, no, no one gets really big by being weak. Most guys who have trained for over 10 years also have some injuries they sustained along the way which could affect how they lift in certain movements.

Simply put, I had no clue what we were doing before cameras started rolling…so seeing that barbell when my elbow was hurting like it was was enough of a bad day. I tried to “play through it”…but as you can see, people will criticize anything.

calm down, I’m not dissing anyone. I would like it if CT was my trainer. He’s a good trainer and looks like a cooler version of Vin Diesel. Please tell me if my statements weren’t politically correct enough.
