My buddy and fellow forum-poster GrowtH just “outed” a pic of me on his site pulling a sled and figured somebody out there would want to connect another face with a forum name (and guys, if we post more pics maybe some vixens will finally post theirs:)) Don’t bother flaming me for not being 250lbs ripped 'cuz I don’t give a damn - I’m a bike racer, not a BBer. On a different note, I finally figured out a way to add some weight while using a conventional hyper bench for reverse hypers. I snaked the ankle cuffs from the cable kickback station (sorry jazzercise queens) and connected out gyms cahins to them then propped some plated under the bench for additional leg clearance. I didn’t even think of just looping small plates through the small connecter chain links for linear resistance but will try it next time. I’ll also try to get pics of this endeavor (along with a few candid shots of befuddled members of the chest-and-bicep brotherhood looking on as I do them) and post them soon.
