I have been lurking and reading here for about 4 or 5 months now. I have been truly working out for about that long as well. I have made some decent gains. My bench went from 185 to 300. My squat went from 225 to 315. Yeh I know I can bench almost as much as I squat. I’m working on it. I have not done much deads. I am working into those.
I work out at a 24Hour Fiasco. It’s all well and good to work out in, lots of eye-candy, or motivation, if you want to call it that. I would like to find a place that I can workout in that will help me establish the base that I am looking to build on. I know Westside is up north but anyone that knows of a gym around here that I could find a true T-Nation trainer at I would greatly appreciate you sharing that knowledge.
Anybody need a fairly newbie training partner? Or, someone you can start on the right track? I will listen to someone who knows what they are doing but those folks are few and far between.
