Good that you posted this! I actually didn’t realize until late yesterday as I was scrolling over the day’s Live Spill. I’m sure other people like me who can’t pop on during the day appreciate the heads-up as well. Syn’s just a damn beast that you can’t help but be inspired. Not just by his physical prowess and ‘beastliness’, but his determination and work ethic should fire up even the most hardcore gym rat.

Here’s a pic from Thibaudeau and Synergy’s session yesterday.

A vid is worth a thousand pics.
That’s how the saying goes right?

Today.

And today, session #1.

The lighting is brutal and not really a good reflection of my overall condition at this point, but I’m right on track at the 8 week mark

Looking real good at 8 weeks out! When compared to your back shot from 6-30-10 @ 255 lbs, you are obviously so much bigger while leaner. The traps and outer quads seem to have made the biggest improvements.
Looking a little behind IMO, but huge. I’m sure you will come in looking tight.

x2 on both parts
That being said I wish you the best luck! Your posts and videos are informative and inspiring.
You guys ever weigh 300 lbs and drop body fat for a competition??
At that weight, there is a tremendous amount of “water weight” that will remain on your body until around 2-3 weeks out from the show.
The same exact thing happened last year.
I went into the final week at 256. After water and electrolyte manipulation and carbing up, I weighed in at 241, and looked completely different in 2-3 days.
Believe me, I never think I’m going to be lean enough, but some pretty crazy changes happen at the end.
I’ll be lean, full and ready to dominate the stage

Thanks for the in depth reply.
I didn’t mean for my comment to come off as anything but constructive. You know how your body responds, especially with something that plays with your mind like carrying water.
I look forward to reading more about your progress leading up towards the show. The details of your experiences are very interesting and helpful.
Rooting for ya big guy!

Fair enough.
Best of luck in your prep; I’m sure you’ll crush it.
You able to log how you’re training or diet is laid out currently? What recent changes have you made etc
I remember last time you suprised Stu how much manipulation of water affected your weight.
Good luck!
Hey synergy I think I speak for everyone when I say you are truly an inspiration for every natural guy out there. With that being said Im trying to get my arms bigger Your arms are tremendous do you do alot of direct arm work or just focus on compound lifts to stimulate arms?

I literally laughed out loud, in public, and everyone looked at me funny.
Syn, not sure if youre aware, but youre getting a lot of love on another website for your size and athleticism. This on a site that gives props to no man, ever. I wont name it directly, name refers to getting bigger. If you can give positive feeback on there, you are definately doing something right. Though we already knew you were. Looking sharp big man
