I thought the program CT made for me was intense, I can’t imagine what yours looks like. This should be fun to watch. [/quote]

Maybe you could PM it to me? I’m curious to see the differences.

Hey Synergy

I have just received my customized workout plan from Thib.

Looks cool and a bit diffrent from what I am doing now. If we are allowed to exchange to programs I would also be interested in yours. Let’s ask Thib in the next conf call.

Cheers, PA

Really sorry to hear about your grandma. I lost my grandpa a few months ago so I know what you’re going through. Hang in there. I wish you and your family the best.

I’ve been holding off on posting my workouts, because I usually do post them. I think someone said he didn’t want us posting them, ad to keep them secret, but I may be wrong.

I hope you guys can post your workouts. I workout in my basement so I do not have the means to do a lot of what CT talks about so I live vicariously through you bigger stronger guys with a better gym.

Awesome! CT hasn’t said one way or the other in a couple of emails I’ve received from him about posting the programs, so I’m just going to hold off. Although he’s very open about his methods, he no doubt deserves the respect of keeping these private, unless otherwise indicated. His generosity is amazing, and I don’t want to violate that.

I’ve been through the first 3 days of what he sent me, and all I can say is…wow! Interestingly, it’s very similar to what it seems we’ve both been doing the last year or so, but the exercise sequence, changes in force spectrum, set loading, etc is amazingly effective. It’s difficult to explain, the feeling. You’re able to maintain a very high level of performance and workout quality, but be tired as hell at the same time.

Is that the feeling you’ve been getting? I absolutely love this program, and it’s no doubt the most amount of work I’ve ever been able to do, and I’ve written some very demanding programs for myself.

I’ve been using the "Advanced Muscle Gain Plus for 4 of the workouts (the most demanding ones), and then (1 FINiBAR, 3 Surge workout Fuel, 1 Anaconda and 2 MAG-10) for the other two.

The AMG+ protocol is SIGNIFICANTLY more effective than what I was doing (2 FB, 2 Fuel, 2 Anaconda, and 2 MAG-10). It must be the extra 3 scoops of Fuel. It’s allowed me to produce some serious work output, and feel totally in the zone, for 90-120 minutes straight. I don’t rest a whole lot (unless indicated by the program, but even then, I’m usually recovered 30 seconds ahead of the prescribed rest time) during workouts. I honestly never rest much more than a minute, even between complexes, and the new protocol has definitely helped in this area.

I’m also on Day 14 of the Indigo, and I have to think that it’s helping contribute to my much improved workout performance.

I’m heading over to my Indigo log now to finally post some info on how it’s been working for me, as well as what my dietary strategy has been (or lack of a dietary strategy the first two weeks after that show I did 3 1/2 weeks ago!).

Keep busting your ass and stay in touch.

CT told me to hold off on posting my workouts, but I doubt he’d have a problem with me sending it to you. I’ll run it by him. I’d love to see yours too.

Hey Synergy

I did my first CT-designed workout today and it was a lot of work! Did I state yesterday that the workouts look pretty doable and not so tough? Baaad mistake… It was tough. But so much fun on the other hand.

The way you described it pretty much says it perfectly: You’re able to maintain a very high level of performance and workout quality, but be tired as hell at the same time.

My work capacity really sky-rocked since I am using I-3G. I just re-ordered some of my peri-workout essentials.
Today I used 3 Finibars, 3 scoops Surge Workout Fuel, 30g additional BCAA-powder, 1 scoop Anaconda and 2 scoops Surge Recovery.
I run out of MAG-10 and almost run out of Anaconda, so I threw in some BCAAs.

I will do the AMG+ as soon as my order has arrived.

Did you modify your diet? I.e. do you eat more now or at least more carbs?

Cheers, PA

Man, you and Synergy are REALLY taking in the PWO nutrition. I await to see how it works as that seems like TONS of carbs and calories… Very cool that you guys are doing this kind of stuff and we get to watch.

You know, Synergy is a big man and NEEDS to take so much peri-workouts nutrients. And I do it because I want to be like him!

And I want to be like both of you! Gives a large goal/target. (pun intended.)

Hey guys,

I wanted to see how many of the guys visiting this forum either live or train near Minneapolis, MN.

If you do, let me know.

I’m putting together something, that I think, for those of you who are in this area, would really enjoy.

Thanks guys. Hopefully, we’ve got a few crazy, training addicts around here!

Hey synergy I train at my house which is about an hour maybe less away from the twin cities depending on where you are talking about. What are you planning? I am younger but I want to learn as much as I can from you guys that have been around and gotten big and strong so I would love to hear what you got going on.

I sent you an email to your Gmail account today at 2:30…did it not come through?

@synergy: I live in Plymouth. The only concern I have is that I’m a beginner when it comes to lifting. Not sure if your program caters to my level. If you’re ok with it then I’m definitely interested. If not, I totally understand.

I just send you an email about our workouts from CT, but I’m interested to see what you are putting together.

My time-stamp is super messed up as of late. Sorry for the confusion.

Hey guys,

Unfortunately, I will not be able to provide a “coaching program” at this time. I’ve got some major time commitments with work and family, and it just won’t work at this time. However, I am looking to get a group of local guys together, to train in person, near where I live.

I will be filming the sessions, providing some helpful details about what we’re doing here in this forum, in hopes that some of you can follow along and basically “mirror” what we’re doing. So, you still will be getting some helpful advice along the way, just not in a 1:1 fashion with myself, online. As always though, I’ll try to respond to your questions as often as possible.

I will have a sort of “Q and A” about our workouts, nutritional advice, etc. So, you’ll have to tune in each week to check out what we’re doing, and ask questions accordingly.

I’ll be creating a Youtube channel for you guys to subscribe to, which will have all the videos of our group training, as well as videos of me working out, etc. I will be training along with the guys in some of the workouts, so guys will be able to check that out.

Stay tuned for more details. I’m just waiting to hear back from some of the local guys. As soon as we get a time lined up, we’ll start tearing the weight room up and you guys can ride along with us. It should be a ton of fun and hopefully, those who check out this forum, will learn a lot.

Sounds pretty damn amazing. If there is room and I can manage to get there at the times I would love to join. But if you are looking for more advanced lifters I will have to deffer to someone else. I have about 6months of true hardcore training down. Trained for 5 years before that but not seriously.

Where do you live again Syn?
