Awesome job synergy! You look incredible and huge…glad the show went well!
Amazing physique, work ethic and dedication.
I bet your inbox is suddenly very full!
Congrats on winning your class. I’ve always looked forward to your posts and have followed this thread for a while now, and will continue to follow.
Just Amazing man.
I’ve been following along reading your methods on how you train and the way you like to eat.
All that’s left is to hear about the massive cheat meal you had after the show ![]()

Hey guys,
I just wanted to let you guys know, that I’ll be posting some new info. about the coaching program I’ll be starting with those who are interested, by the end of the week. Sadly, my grandmother passed away (this was one of the personal things I was going through preparing for that show last weekend), so I’ve been really busy with family.
I’ll be asking those who are interested to PM me (there has been a ton of interest thus far). I’ll then send you an assessment form, that you are to fill out, and get back to me ASAP.
There will be a modest charge for the service, however, I will be taking 3 of you guys, and doing it free of charge.
I’ll explain in more detail a little later in the week. Thanks guys.
I’ll be back to plastering this forum consistently, by the end of the week.
I’m pissed because, I started the Indigo 3G last week, and haven’t had enough personal time to write about my experience thus far, and illustrate what I’ve been doing in my training log. The end of this week, it will happen.
I’ll be checking in, from time to time, throughout the week, and will answer any questions, that I can.
Thanks guys. Keep killing the weights!
Synergy, good luck with your coaching program and Indigo. You looked great in the pictures. I’ve been using the Indigo for the last few weeks of my contest prep and it seems to be helping. I’m sure it will be even more beneficial with your post contest gains.
Man, this thread just keeps getting better and better. This is going to be awesome to watch.
Was chosen to participate in CT’s coaching program----TIME TO MURDER THE WEIGHTS!!!
I will be logging exactly what I will be doing with CT, starting next week. I’m SUPER pumped about this!!! I didn’t think I could get anymore passionate about training, but a new fire has been lit and new levels of physique development will be reached! My goal is to step on stage next year and win that F’ing contest I did a couple of weeks ago…at a bodyweight of 260-270!
BTW…I ended up placing 4th overall. The guys who placed above me were all very good, veterans of bodybuilding with at least 10 years of competition history. Considering it was my first real contest, I’m quite pleased with my placing. HOWEVER, I plan to win it next year----AT THE WEIGH IN!!!
I already feel like I’m going to explode…this is going to be awesome!!!
More details to come
Also, I will be sending out my “Coaching Application” to those who have sent PM’s about working with me, by Monday.
I only slept about 4 hours, but am heading out to the gym to train legs…one of the judges said I needed more “quad sweep.” I’ve already started to address this “weakness” this week. They also said I need to develop my lower lats----started hammering this week too.
Weight is back up to 265 (was down to 235 between pre-judging and the night show, exactly two weeks ago)…a nice 30 lb gain in two weeks…lol
It’s all water, glycogen and sodium, with a bit of fat in there ![]()
I’ll probably hit close to 285-290 by next February, before I begin to diet down, at least that’s my initial guess heading into this off-season
I’ll be back later this weekend or early next week.
Keep training hard! You only get one go around in life. What are you going to do with it??? Go back to sleep because you only slept 4 hours OR let your passion for training get your ass out of bed and into the gym to get better TODAY? Just TODAY. Tomorrow isn’t guaranteed for any of us----make today count.
If this inspires you, get our ass up and grab your gym gear and your ball sack and go crush some weights!
Haha, that was a GREAT post! I’ll be following your off-season all the way until you prep and WIN your next show! I’ve also been selected for CT’s team, I can’t wait to get the ball rolling!
Hello there Synergy!
Good luck with your preparation in the coaching program with Thibs. Clearly, if there’s anyone who deserved this opportunity, it was you. Nice to see your detailed posts, and also great that you’re perhaps the most helpful dude on the board.
As for your “weak-points”, what do you plan to do with those areas? Any specific excersises, or techniques?
Thanks for this great thread. Cheers

Well, I’d think you’d want to go back to sleep so you could get some more rest and recovery lol
Out of curiosity, do you think you could go become a high level IFBB pro if you decided to go on “super supps”?
All of your posts are always inspiring. The passion you have for weight lifting and bodybuilding is so evident it is contagious. Can’t wait for more information and good look with all of CT’s stuff. I have no doubt your “weak” areas will be fixed since you work so damn hard.
So you’ll be flying out to CO to train with CT?
What’s up guys?? I know I said I’d have some new info to post by today, but it’s been a tough day. It was my grandma’s funeral, so I’ve been spending it with family. I’ll be sure to check in very soon.
I will say, that I received an email from CT containing the training program he has come up with for me, for the coaching program. I’m not going to divulge what’s in it quite yet, but let’s just say it looks like he’s trying to kill me!!
He has been so gracious. He has put together a very advanced program, with some very, very cool training methods and a TON of work is involved. I’m super pumped!
I’ll be sure to let you guys know what’s in store for me, as well as finally post some of the “pre-requisites” those of you interested in working with me, must have before beginning. Nothing major, just want to be sure it’s worth my time and yours.
Heya Syn
Very cool news. “A ton of work” sounds very coop - at least to us sick iron addicts ![]()
Can’t wait to see the training program. Since you are so familiar with how he trains this will be fun to watch.
Sorry to hear about your grandmother. My prayers go out to you and your family.
I thought the program CT made for me was intense, I can’t imagine what yours looks like. This should be fun to watch.

Can you post the one he sent to you??? Are you posting it in the IG3 log?
Do you know if he’s cool with posting them publicly? I asked him, but haven’t heard back. He’s a pretty open book, and doles out free info all the time, but I’m not sure if these programs are more confidential.
