Symptoms accumulating on One Side

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone with more experience than myself could help me out. I’ve had several problems with my left side during my olympic weightlifting and squatting programs.

  1. SI Joint Pain - somewhat sharp and pretty much constant, worse with sitting
  2. Glute Pain - dull/achy, constant
  3. High Hamstring Pain - feels like tendon pain at the attachment to pelvis
  4. Plantar Fasciitis - only in morning, gets better after 5-10 minutes of walking

Again all of these are on my left side. Also, when I’m at the bottom of my squat/snatch/clean position my left knee is pushed out a little farther than my right side. After my warmup, I feel great and these problems don’t affect my lifting sessions (except on rare occasions). Several hours after lifting everything on the left side is much tighter than the right. I had X-rays done, and no real leg length discrepancies or pelvic tilts were found. I work on mobility every day.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on? thanks in advance
