Hello,
I was wondering if anyone with more experience than myself could help me out. I’ve had several problems with my left side during my olympic weightlifting and squatting programs.
- SI Joint Pain - somewhat sharp and pretty much constant, worse with sitting
- Glute Pain - dull/achy, constant
- High Hamstring Pain - feels like tendon pain at the attachment to pelvis
- Plantar Fasciitis - only in morning, gets better after 5-10 minutes of walking
Again all of these are on my left side. Also, when I’m at the bottom of my squat/snatch/clean position my left knee is pushed out a little farther than my right side. After my warmup, I feel great and these problems don’t affect my lifting sessions (except on rare occasions). Several hours after lifting everything on the left side is much tighter than the right. I had X-rays done, and no real leg length discrepancies or pelvic tilts were found. I work on mobility every day.
Anyone have any idea what could be going on? thanks in advance
